Synchronization and Backup od Data under OS Linux

This bachelor's thesis deals with synchronisation and backup of data under Linux OS. The aim of this paper is to design and implement a custom tool for data synchronisation and backup for Linux OS. The solution was inspired by the program Git. The architecture peer-to-peer was used to implement the project. The tool uses a database to store metadata and data itself. Based on testing, it was found that the tool has a certain overhead during the data synchronisation and the process of backing up. These results are discussed and other proposals are submited in the conclusion.

This diploma thesis deals with the real equilibrium exchange rate of the Czech Koruna to Euro which represents an important role in modern macroeconomics. To this purpose many methods are used and the most advanced work with the estimation on the principle of using macroeconomic fundamentals. The partial aim of this thesis is estimation the real equilibrium exchange rate of the Czech koruna and Euro currency by using the purchasing power parity theory and econometric analyses of BEER and PEER models. Based on the resuls of these estimations will be fulfil the main aim of this thesis - defining the recommendations for the national economic policies' decisions.
Problematika rovnovážného reálného měnového kurzu v České a Slovenské republice

The presented diploma thesis deals with theory of equilibrium exchange rate. The aim of this work is to estimate the real equilibrium exchange rate for the Czech and Slovak Republic, using behavioral equilibrium exchange rate and permanent equilibrium exchange rate. The research is focused time series of macroeconomic variables in the period from 2000:Q1 to 2013:Q4. In conclusion, there is a comparison of the estimated equilibrium exchange rates with the real effective exchange rates.

The bachelors thesis deals with the roles of students in bullying at school. The thesis is entirely theoretical. First we will become acquainted with the issue of bullying in general then in the context of the factors that affect it. We will focus on the issue of bullying in relation to the school group of peers and in creating relationships and roles. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the importance of the issue of bullying, to characterize the role of each participant, describe possible solutions and dealing with bullying attempt to suggest ways of solving based on a comparison of selected projects.
Analysis and implementation of application for digital currency Bitcoin

The thesis is focused on the topic of virtual cryptocurrency Bitcoin. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters. First of all, there is a chapter containing basic information about the currency's history, its development to the present, as well as principles of operation of this currency. Because it is a currency based on cryptographic principles next chapter summarizing cryptographic techniques, which is necessary to know for subsequent analysis of this currency. In other parts is elaborated a detailed analysis of the principles of Bitcoin. The main point of this analysis is a system of transactions, decentralized history, then joining the transactions into blocks and in the end creating blockchain. It also explains the principle of P2P networks. The practical part of this work focuses on the analysis and design of payment applications for mobile devices. There used open-source libraries such BitcoinJ. The application is developed in Java programming language with plugin for portable devices, which work under the operating system Android. For the purposes of analysis and design of graphical user interface is used UML diagrams. The specification of the UML diagrams was utilized by freely available graphics software and the result is also included in this work.
Tactical attitudes to the person affected by abnormal events - psychological aspects

The topic of this thesis is Tactical attitudes to the person affected by abnormal events - psychological aspects; it deals with the psychological aid to persons affected by abnormal events. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the basic applied terminology and its target which is: ? Mapping the present methods of psychological aid during the timely care of persons affected by abnormal events in the Czech Republic. The practical part has two goals: ? Mapping the present state and the possible development of psychological aid provided in connection with abnormal events from the viewpoint of psychologists of individual components of the Integrated Rescue System (IZS). ? Mapping the needs, values and strategies of mastering the situation by psychologists of IZS components in view of abnormal event In connection with the research target, 6 research questions were formulated. The research part of the thesis is focused on psychologists of the main components of IZS. It tries to summarize their experience, opinions, standpoints, reservations, and also needs and strategies of mastering the situation in connection with providing psychological aid in the early stage after the abnormal event. The qualitative research is implemented in the thesis by the method of questionnaire investigation with 16 open questions. Data collection was done in the form of a phone talk with several respondents, questionnaire method is combined with the method of structured talk. The investigated sample consists of 11 respondents ? psychologists of the main IZS components. 7 respondents were firemen (HZS ? Fire Rescue Service), 3 policemen (CR Police) and one psychologist of ZZS (Medical Rescue Service). The answers of individual respondents were recorded and the complete transcriptions of answers are stated in Annexes to thesis. The acquired data were interpreted by the author in the way representing the answers to research questions. To achieve a well arranged result, this interpretation was summarized into several points from which the results of research follow which are discussed in more detail in the following chapter. It was found out in the answers to research questions: ? What drawbacks are seen by IZS psychologist in the present system of providing psychological aid to persons affected by MU (abnormal events), ? Which aspects of the psychological aid provided to persons affected by MU are considered for well-functioning by the psychologist ? What possibilities of future development are seen by IZS psychologists in the field of psychological aid to persons affected by MU ? According to IZS psychologists, by what factors are limited other targets and development of the psychological aid to persons affected by MU ? What values, needs and mastering strategies and sources are applied by psychologist in connection with interventions during and after abnormal events ? What methods of psychological aid are applied by the addressed IZS psychologists during the early care of persons affected by MU? The chapter Discussion contains a more detailed analysis of results. During the research performance, other not formulated questions occurred concerning not completely clear or not defined border between the psychological and psychosocial aid which the thesis tries to determine. It may be stated in the end that the research questions were answered in the practical part of thesis. The research questions were formulated in such a way that the answers on them represent the base for SWOT analysis of the system of providing psychological aid by IZS components. I believe for this reason, it may be utilized not only for study purposes.
Psychosocial intervention services in terms of Emergency Medical Service in the Czech Republic

This thesis examines mainly the psychosocial intervention service in Emergency Medical Service City of Prague. This service was applied as a pilot project in the period between September 2008 and February 2010. The thesis focuses on pilot project description and processing records providing psychosocial intervention service. Records were developed by peers (professional colleagues), who provided intervention to their colleagues.
