Supporting structures of the house are made of monolithic reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill of clay brick blocks THERM. The building is insulated contact insulation system EPS boards. The roofing is done using a timber truss. The house is based on the base plate. The project includes a seminar work assessing thermal technical and acoustic properties of structures.
Influence of Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation over Optical Network Unit
Sikora, Pavel ; Oujezský, Václav (referee) ; Horváth, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with DBA algorithms used in XG-PON networks. It describes reference appearance of the DBA algorithm, as well as, three specific DBA algorithms discussed in professional articles. Particularly speaking about GIANT, HYRA and modified Max-Min Fair DBA. The thesis provides description of frames utilized by DBA algorithms in XG-PON networks, specifically XGEM frame and XGTC frames. The thesis also presents a simulation tester of DBA algorithms tested on a virtual XG-PON network. Finally, it contains the results of testing these DBA algorithms with a description.
Design of the anti-vibration platform for laboratory scale
Michalica, Jakub ; Michalec, Michal (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of passive antivibration platform for laboratory weighing machine. In the first part of the work are listed some common isolation solution. Next is design of three possible solution concepts of this platform and their description. The calculations for possible isolators, analysis of deficiencies of the design and their solutions and measurements of the final antivibration characteristics of the finished piece are made. In the end the platform is compared if it satisfies required parameters.
The view of the Christian asceticism and its significance for spiritual life by St. Teresa of Jesus
Bušková, Magda ; Sládek, Karel (advisor) ; Lorman, Jaroslav (referee)
The purpose of the work is to introduce the conception of the Christian asceticism and its significance for spiritual life by St. Teresa of Jesus. The work is defined by three main writings of St. Teresa: The Book of Life, The Way of Perfection and The Internal Castle. The subject analysis is the Teresa's life, intellectual reflection and her specific advices. The following areas structure the scheme of the work: Teresa's ascetic formation, ascetic reform program and Teresean asceticism prayer. The differentiation of active and passive asceticism and its presence in her writings has been established as the theoretical base of the whole work. This methodology is used to analyse Teresa's expressions of spiritual life and her science. The ascetic formation is followed in her two living stages, firstly before entering the Monastery of the Incarnation and then at the Monastery of the Incarnation. The ascetic program of reform presents Teresean triada which includes love of neighbour, detachment and humility. The last part of the work deals with Teresean asceticism prayer, where the basic aspects of her prayer are introduced. The ascetic stages of the prayer have been investigated within the scope of schemes placed at her writings, The Internal Castle and The Book of Life, Keywords Asceticism, active,...
Energy saving buildings
Abstract: This work is concerned with questions of energy saving buildings, including introduction of reasons for their building-up. It refers about their characteristics and evaluated parameters for meeting it's requirements. Further it deals with the most important conditions for choosing of location for energy saving buildings and about recommended zoning of rooms according to cardinal points depending on solar radiation. Indicates the posibilities of composition...
SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL RESORT KRÁLÍKY
Vosyková, Magdaléna ; Velehradská, Dagmar (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a hotel in the foothills of Králický Sněžník for 62 guests. The hotel has a restaurant, wellness center with swimming pool, fitness center, games room, ski room, sports equipment store, sports equipment rental, 40 covered parking places in the basement, rooms for bikes and baby carriages. This new building is located on the outskirts of the town of Králíky, in places of territorial development with a sports and recreational focus. The design concept is based mainly on the interaction with the future ski slope and works with maximum use of a quality view of the slope and the picturesque landscape. When solving the design, care was taken to ensure that the building complied with the design principles of passive structures.

Nízkoenergetický rodinný dům
Beneš, Martin
The bachelor thesis deals with design low-energy house whose packaging construction has in terms of thermal calculations meet the requirements for passive houses. Thus, the work further describes the general requirements for passive house and principles their application. Furthermore is also analyzed the various ways of foundations passive buildings and their construction systems and the justification their design. The house is designed as a two-storey wooden house for a five members family. The building is rectangular in ground plan which is based on the wall footings and is located in steep terrain.
