Landscape memory in the memory of its inhabitants - Dolní Hbity district

The name of the thesis is: Cadastral Area of Dolní Hbity s Landscape in Memories of its Inhabitants. The thesis aims to map changes in this particular landscape. In order to realizing those changes it was necessary to settle main trends and how they impacted the area of Dolní Hbity. The main body part of the bachelor thesis bases on primary changes realized from the available sources and maps, with addition of res-pondent answers. Firstly, the thesis introduces common literature, knowledge and information, which are consequently used in researching the changes. The second part is researching the actual changes and creating analysis of landscape, based on ČÚZK data, available maps, which are compared to the respondents answers. Or-tophotomaps, from 1948 and 2014, are used as the main source, and additionally available information about the area sizes, with comparison of respondents answers. Those sources are evaluated each other, the result forms united analysis of changes in the particular landscape, which helps observe changes and movements in the land-scape, which actually happened during the observed time period.
The Path Home

The central idea of this project named “My way home” (the project’s name was inspired by Karel Václav Rais’s poem of the same name) is the work with the memory of a landscape. The project concerns a 700-metre-long area which is part of what used to be a road near Stráž nad Nežárkou. First of all, I try to return the road its original purpose. Also, I try to find out its historic foundation. Finally, I try to return the road its integrity. The road used to go from the village of Dvorce to the now cancelled Gabler’s mill (house number 98) in Stráž nad Nežárkou. The Diploma also includes an observation of the changes of the landscape near the village. The Diploma itself consists of three phases: The road, apple trees, The object.
Relationship inhabitants to the landscape Příbram dumps

The thesis will be dealt with the relationship of the population to the countryside Pribram dumps. Existing relationship and the attitude of the population will be studied on a sample of residents who live near the dumps. Method for this research will be a semi-structured interview specifically set out the issues related to the topic of the thesis. Existing and possible intention Pribram spoil the landscape completely remove residents should under-courage to express their attitudes, beliefs and emotional ties to this topic. In the final, should have been a complete picture of the relationship of the population to the countryside, which will serve as an important factor in the process of managerial decision making.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of all data sources available for landscape memory interpretation. Amongst those data sources are Lidar, Landsat and orthophoto pictures. According to the analytical outcome the most convenient data source seems to be the Lidar data. Based on their analysis and interpretation an information source for complex land consolidation was elaborated in the form of the forest park proposal.

As the name of this bachelor thesis suggests, the main object of this work is to describe the basic art forms, which are founded in countryside. The work consider about the chronology of historical developement, which is reflected in typological definition of bacis forms. The first part is treated as a literary research of art forms typology. The second part provides the historical context and details of art works typical for the period of 17. up to 20. century as a result of the ideology of historical time. For better readers orientation, text includes visual documentation. The last part describes factual implementation of art works in chosen area. Try to demonstrate historical and ideological conections between art form and his standing in countryside. As result of searching it is object model analyses of landscape arhitectonal principles and design the area of art work monument.

Dubová, S. The memory of the landscape. Bachelor thesis. Lednice. Mendel university. 2013. The thesis deals with the memory of the landscape. It is created by means of historical landscape structures. The aim is to determine the existence and status of the historical landscape structures in model territory. A field survey, it was found that significant historical landscape structures are primarily in the form of antierosion lanes and agricultural terraces. They used to determine the character of the landscape of the model territory since the Middle Ages. The 57 occurences of antierosion lanes and eight agricultural terraces were recorded in the modeling area. These antierosion lanes are 37 survived, 21 disappeared and six agricultural terraces are preserved and one of the parts. The result of this thesis is a summary of their importance. This is a large and consists mainly in the antierosion kontrol and preservation of the landscape. Their legislative protection and the creation of new landscape structures are especially suggested in the conclusion.
The significance of landscape in the formation of human religiosity (with secondary students)

The object of this paper is searching for the significance of understanding landscape in the formation of human religiosity. The first part of the paper called Human and landscape attempts to present general characteristics of the relationship of humans and landscape. The second part is devoted to the development of landscape perception of some authors (J. J. Rousseau, Jiří Sádlo, Václav Cílek). The third chapter finds connections between internal experience and the environment humans live in. It is a dynamic relationship which affects the formation of religiosity. Further, human religiosity, the symbolic meaning of landscape and the specific characteristics of adolescence are defined. The conclusion presents particular suggestions for educational work with young adolescents by means of dialogue and participation in landscape.
