This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of employment relations in terms of optimizing wage costs. The main goal is to present propositions in order to optimize the wage and personnel costs of the selected employer. Based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical and analytical part, propositions are then submitted to solve these problems.

This thesis is about managing personal costs for specific petrol station called OMV. There are two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical one is about definition and splitting costs, system of remuneration employees and financial analysis. I looked deeper into financial analysis to find out situation of this specific business and to evaluate work productivity. Ending of this thesis summarized result and problematic areas which were defined by financial analysis. To each of this area there are certain recommendations which should improve this situation.

In the theoretical part are explained concepts, which relate labor law relations from a juristic, fiscal and economic point of view. Based on the analysis of the company‘s actual situation are suggested some solutions, which direct to wage costs optimization and hiring new employees.
Employee rewarding system in the company

This work analyses an employee rewarding system in the company UOL, which processes accounting for other companies. It has employees on various working positions and everyone is rewarded in different way and takes different forms of benefits. The whole organisational structure of the company is described in this work. The leader of the company gives information in an interview about workers and their positions and also about their pay and benefits they recieve. The most workers are rewarded by their work efficiency. There are some benefits for employees already for example sick days or using a company car. The whole employee rewarding system with all benefits is analysed in this work. The efficiency of the system is evaluated by the staff costs. The main aim is to find out strengths and weaknesses in the system and find a way to improve it.
Personnel costs in the construction industry

This diploma thesis solve problematic of personnel costs in a construction industry. In theoretical part is described construction industry as a field, defined bussiness costs and personnel costs. Practical part is analyzing personnel costs in a construction industry by questionnaire survey and controlled interviews with representatives of enterprises. The research findings are summarised in conclusion and recommendations for construction companies in the area of personnel costs are proposed.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with issues of labour law, specifically the creation of employment relationships. Characterizes the selected procedures and basic obligations of the employer before the commencement of employment. There is also a problem with receiving jobseekers. The employer has an interest to adopt a new employee, without significantly increasing costs. For this reason thesis will found out if the employer in entitled to one of the allowances provided by the Labour Office under an active employment policy.

This bachelor thesis deals with remuneration system of employees and its impact on company costs. The goal of this work is to propose and evaluate possible changes leading to reduction of labour costs in current remuneration system of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The study of literature provides theoretical basis which anchors and defines the basic terminology and rules of remuneration system. Particular enterprise is introduced in the practical part of the thesis and there is subsequently implemented the analysis of current rewar-ding system and its impact on company costs. The conclusion includes proposals of possible changes and measures of remuneration system which lead to reduction of payroll expenses.

The diploma thesis characterizes pension insurance in the Czech Republic. It presents the possibilities of employees' wage increase in a selected organization. The realization of the increase is made by employer's financial contributions for pension insurance. These contributions are aimed at the cost savings of the selected organization. The present work deals also with the selection of the most optimal pension fund according to the assigned criteria.
