Quality assurance in beer brewing technology

The subject of the Bachelor thesis "Ensuring quality in beer production technology" is a quality management system according to standard 9000 and food safety management system according to ISO 22000, a system of critical control points (HACCP) and legislative requirements and regulations. The work describes the characteristics of the above systems. The paper also documents the basic characteristics of the raw materials for beer production and application of the HACCP system in the brewing industry.
The possibilities for improving of the quality of banking services

The bachelor thesis describes the quality of banking services. The main aim of thesis is to find out how specific bank institution satisfies demands of clients. On basis of made analysis in a form of a questionnaire the deficiences are identified and consequently the ways leading to the improvement of banking services are fixed.
