Robotic workstation for storing 25 kg bags of mixture per pallet
Falta, Libor ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create the design of a robotic workstation (RWS) for storing bags on a pallets with a capacity of 600 bags per hour. As an introduction to the issues of solved task, the introductory part of the thesis deals with a general information about industrial robots, theories ofdesigning RWS and palletization. For the suggested workstation it is given to have one pickup place from the roller conveyor and two unloading places. Within the RWS it is used belt, roller and chain conveyors as a peripheral device for conveying bags and pallets. There are two variants of RWS created for the possibility of technically - economic assessment. Solution for the security and the ergonomy of the workplace are an integral part of the study. Selected components of RWS have their risk analysis carried out. There is also the draft of a robot gripper mentioned, including assembly drawing. In conclussion there is calculation of returning of funds invested in the construction of RWS. Drawings of robotized workplace disposition, schemes of pneumatic and electrical connections and block diagram of the control system of RWS are included as attachments.
District police department of the Czech Republic in Kyjov
Šibalová, Lenka ; Šteffek, Libor (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is multi-criteria assessment SBToolCZ of the building district department for Czech police in Kyjov. The building has a basement with underground garages, shooting range and technical facilities (boiler room, air conditioning room, storage, archives, cleaning room), and a ground floor with offices covered by a flat roof. The load-bearing structure of the basement is designed from watertight reinforced concrete. The ground floor has ceramic block walls. The floor and roof structure are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll. The building envelope is insulated with ETICS. The thesis also contains project documentation of building and HVAC design. The project was carried out in the AutoCad programme. Project documentation was prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
Kindergarten Pastelka
Brandtnerová, Jana ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of my master's project is to design a new building of kindergarden with nearly zero energy consumption. The project consists of three main parts. The first part is to create project documentation. The building is designed regarding to architectural expression. The kindergarden is split into two departments each for twenty children. It is single storey building with saddle roof. It is based on concrete foundation and under them there is foam glass. External walls are made of sand-lime blocks which are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The second part is to assess the energy performance of the building and usage of energy from renewable sources. The building uses ground source heat pump as a heating, air is provided by mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and eleckricity is partly provided by a photovoltaic system. The last part of master's project evaluates the building by the method of multi–criteria analysis. For this evaluation I used national method SBToolCZ.
Design and assessment of a new paint line arrangement at Automotive Lighting
Bouček, Filip ; Hrbáček, Jan (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and arrangement of a new paint line at company Automotive Ligting s.r.o in Jihlava. It deals with design of several possible options of arrangement of machines that are required for the processing of polycarbonate granules and their conversion into acrylic glass using two-component injection molding. The glass is then coated with the coating line which is part of the arrangement included in this project. Design of the individual sites and their organization is based on both the company's requirements and the principles of technological design. The best of the three options is analyzed in detail and evaluated from the economic point of view.
Kindergarten in Šumperk
Vicianová, Zuzana ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The aim of the master’s thesis is to design a new kindergarten with nearly zero energy consumption, in the Šumperk. Kindergarten has one above-ground floor, and it is designed with capacity of 48 children split into two departments which contains a playroom, a locker room, sanitary facilities, bed and toy storages and a room for food preparation. In the middle part of the kindergarten there are offices and technical facilities. The thesis consists of three main parts. First part is focused on building design and construction. The building is based on concrete foundation strips. The vertical loadbearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks and horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from the prestressed ceiling panels. The building is insulated by ventilated facade, and it is covered by a warm flat roof with extensive greenery. Second part is focused on HVAC design and renewable energy sources. The building uses mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, heating is provided by two gas boilers and the part of need of electricity is provided by a photovoltaics system. Third part includes multi-criteria analysis of the building using SBToolCZ methodology. The project is designed using ARCHICAD and AutoCAD software.
Energy-saving building of the Center for Movement Medicine
Bořil, Martin ; Maurerová, Lenka (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is the design of an nearly zero energy building of the Centre for movement medicine. The thesis consists of three parts. The design of the building is the main topic of the first part. The building has two above ground floors. The load-bearing system is a reinforced cast-in-place concrete frame. The infill walls of the reinforced concrete frame are made of sand-lime bricks. The thrmal insulation of the building consists of mineral wool. The roof is extensive green roof. The second part elaborates on the design of HVAC and other building services. Heat pumps are provided for heating and cooling of the building. There are two ventilation systems. Lighting is provided by LED lights. Rainwater is collected in a rainwater tank and it´s used for flushing. A photovoltaic system is installed on the roof of the building. The multi-criteria evaluation of four cooling systems is the subject of the third part. The aim was to develop the most environmentally friendly solution. The thesis was prepared in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and standards. Revit, DeksoftEnergie, Teplo, Area, PVsol, AutoCAD, Fire, Excel and BuildingDesign were used in the preparation of this thesis.
Office building
Rousková, Radka ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis is to design a low-energy office building in Lanškroun. There are three parts, documentation for building permission, a concept of HVAC documentation and multi-criteria assessment in SBToolCZ. The SBToolCZ evaluates of 39 standards, which are divided into four groups – environmental, social criteria, economics and management and location. The proposed building is two-storey, the ground floor is partly below ground level and is designed of reinforced concrete. The first floor is made of CLT panels. The building has a green roof. A green facade will be made on three sides of the ground floor. On the ground floor, there are reception, a meeting room, offices, a technical and storage facilities. On the first floor, there are offices with facilities for employees. Energy for heating and domestic hot water is provided by a condensing gas boiler. Ventilation in the building is provided by an air conditioning unit with heat recovery. There is an underground tank for collecting rainwater that is used for watering the garden and the green facade. The thesis is processed mainly in the software AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and DEKSOFT.
Semiautomated evaluation of multi-criteria analysis of cartographic resources
Kotrč, Jaroslav ; Hnětynka, Petr (advisor) ; Malohlava, Michal (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with automatization of evaluation of multi-criteria analysis of cartographic resources. Analysis uses a number of evaluation scales, different criteria weights and especially various number of criteria and their articulation. Structure suitable fo automatization of evaluation is described in the thesis and on its base is created and described program, which is part of the thesis. Program provides creation of criteria structure and description of analysed resources. Then analysis of quality of the resource is done over this structure with the aid of program by filling in the rating of individual criteria. Aggregation of analysis is calculated after it in consideration of distinct attributes of evaluators and importance of criteria.
