Zhodnocení vztahu kvantitativních a kvalitativních parametrů mléčné užitkovosti dojnic holštýnského plemene v konkrétním chovu
Poláčková, Pavlína
The aim of this bachelor’s study was to evaluate an effect between quantitative and qualitative parameters of milk efficiency. As a quantitative parameter was used milk yield. Observed properties from qualitative compounds were fat, protein, lactose, somatic cells and carbamide. To the problem was processed review of literature. Evaluation was realised in cooperative farm AGROS Vyškov-Dědice which deals with breeding of the Holstein breed with average efficiency 35 kg milk per day. Dates of milk efficiency were taken from the control efficiency and afterwards putted through analysis in MS Excel. It has been found that with rising milk yield was increase fat and also protein content which is not common in our farms and it is contrary to commonly stated literature or other authors. Reversely lactose had been evaluated rather indirect impact – the lactose content decreased with increasing milk yield. No correlation was found for somatic cells and carbamide with milk yield.
Možnosti využití krmných aditiv ve výkrmu býků
VALTOŠOVÁ, Gabriela
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of additives in fattening bulls. The theoretical part begins with a brief description of the physiology of the ruminant difestion and the main breeds of beef cattle used for fattening. The following is a general description of the additives, their groups and the purpose for which they are used. Chosen additives are described in more detail, especially their effect on overal he-alth, average daily gains or meat quality of slaughtered animals. The practical part were replaces by the recommendations for practise and the comparison of the real feed ration, which is applied in the farm focused on fattening bulls and its theoretical modified verison leading to higher efficiency using additives.
Individual dynamic of urea in milk during lactation
BOUBLÍK, Tomáš
Experimental groups of 20 Holstein cows were observed in the course of 10 consecutive calendar months in order to describe the relationship between urea concentration in milk and milk production and milk production parameters. The calculated coefficients of the correlation showed that urea concentration in milk tended to have neutral relationship with milk fat content, milk yield and lactose content and negative relationship with milk protein content.
Coated slow-release fertilizers based on PHB
Bobková, Magdalena ; Sedláček, Petr (referee) ; Kontárová, Soňa (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation, characterization and optimization of slow-release fertilizers coated with a solution of poly-3-hydroxybutyrate in dioxolane. First, manual formulations of fertilizers consisting of different ratios of urea and poly-3-hydroxybutyrate were prepared and coated, which were studied for the release of urea in the water environment. Most of the formulations released only about 50 % of the fertilizer after two months, so the potential for their use as slow-release fertilizers was proved. Furthermore, pellets with different ratios of urea and poly-3-hydroxybutyrate were also prepared using a quarter-operation pelletizer and coated in a coating drum. The pellets were studied in water and soil environments and certain mixtures in field tests. The delayed release of urea was also confirmed, and their ability to adequately nourish the plants was proved. The formulation consisting of 80 % urea and 20 % biodegradable poly-3-hydroxybutyrate in the matrix, in which 50 % of the fertilizer was released in water after 44 days, was chosen as the most promising one. In the soil environment, a slower nitrogen release was also confirmed for this formulation, and at the same time, a positive effect on the weight development of the above-ground parts of the plants and on the chlorophyll content in the leaves was observed in all formulations of the coated fertilizers.
DFT calculations of graphene regarding to biosenzoric applications
Špaček, Ondřej ; Friák, Martin (referee) ; Bartošík, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on calculation of both structure and electronic properties of the graphene after the adsorption of atomic and molecular oxygen and urea using the Density Functional Theory (DFT). The influence of van der Waals interactions on the structure and adsorption energy is studied, as well as influence of the thermal corrections, the charge density spatial distribution and the electronic doping of graphene after the adsorption of the adsorbant on the graphene.

Ovlivnění výnosu a olejnatosti semene řepky ozimé použitím stabilizovaných močovin
Tuček, Tomáš
The aim of this work was to evaluate the effectiveness of stabilized nitrogen fertilizers in the recovery fertilization of winter oilseed rape on the yield and oil content, along with the economic evaluation in 2013-2015. The experiment was established in the year 2013 in the form of small-plot experiment in Žabčice by Brno. The following variants of fertilization were chosen for the experiment: 1. Unfertilized, 2. Split urea, 3. One-phase urea, 4. UREAstabil (urea + urease inhibitor), 5. ALZON 46 (urea + nitrification inhibitor). The variant with Split urea was applied in the spring in the regeneration and in two production fertilization at full dose of 194 kg ha-1 of nitrogen. We have taken ground samples for a better evaluation of influence of applied fertilizers. These variations of fertilization had no significant effect on seed yield or oiliness. There were increase of yield with fertilized variants in compare with non-fertilized, the best was the split urea fertilization. There was a higher yield and oiliness for ALZON 46 for stabilized fertilizers. However, the oiliness was rapidly going down for all fertilized variants in 2014 and 2015.
Využití digestátu ve výživě kukuřice
Venc, Filip
In a one-year (2015) pilot plant field experiment with a maize, the effect of digestate and farmyard manure in combination with an urea on a yield of biomass and chemical composition of silage hybrid variety Ronaldino, has been compared. Variants of the experiment: 1) the maize fertilized by a destillate in the autumn and spring, 2) maize fertilized by a combination of the farmyard manure, applied in the autumn and the urea applied in the spring. The yields from the both variants were comparable. The second variant provided the yield 43,7 tonnes per hectare and the first variant 43,3 tonnes per hectare. Also a chemical composition of silages obtained from the both variants is com-parable. According to the obtained results, a fertilization with digestates is an adequate alternative to usual fertilisers in a technology of fertilization a silage maize.
Vliv agrotechniky na produkční charakteristiky a ekonomiku výroby silážní kukuřice
Bártů, Ondřej
The subject of this thesis was through a field experiment to compare the economics of different options silage maize. Comparisons were ways to stand establishment and variants of fertilization, the nitrogen dose was always the same. It analyzed the influence of fertilizer with the addition of sulfur on maize cultivation. When comparing the establishment of vegetation were evaluated influences on selected production characteristics of silage maize. It was evaluated price per sown hectare, more expensive option, seeding side dress treatment under the heel was implemented through agricultural services and cheaper alternative was seeding fertilizer under the heel of machines owned by the company. Fertilization formed the basis of all variants urea applied before seeding at 250 kg per hectare. In cases when fertilizer was applied directly to seed, it was also used urea. The rest to a total dose of 200 kg nitrogen per hectare was in both versions foundation used more fertilizers, which was urea, manure and aqueous solution of ammonium sulphate with urea (SAM). Even if fertilization effects were evaluated at selected production characteristics depending on the price.
