This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the current information system of the company IES spol. s r. o. and draft amendments. The assessment of IS and the company uses the methods of the SWOT and HOS 8. On the basis of the results obtained by these methods will be assessed the status of the information system and evaluation of its benefits for the company's operations, including finding weaknesses and proposing solutions. Part of the proposed solution will be its economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis analyses application of information systems in a company called Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod a.s. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the topics of corporate informatics and information systems. It also describes various methods and procedures of the analyses used in the thesis. On the basis of the analyses performed in the following chapter, there are discovered drawbacks that are crucial to design subsequent changes in the system. These changes may be used by a company management as a solid source of improvements of the current information systems.

This thesis is analyzing the information system of company Teplo Těšín a.s. The theoretical part is the introduction to the topic of information systems and into the different methods and procedures for analysis of the information systems. Based on these analyzes are discovered shortcomings and suggested possible solutions. These suggestions may serve to the company management as a basis for improving the current information system or to selection of a new information system.

This thesis analyses the state of one of the information systems in ALES Company as proposing possible solutions for its improvement. The recommended solution would be to streamline the daily operations of information system as well as improve its current status. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the methods of analysis used in the creation this thesis. The practical part consists of assessments, results, the findings of the analysis with appropriate proposals to improve the current state of information system, together with their subsequent implementation.

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of project management information system within company Aprova s.r.o. and subsequent draft of new solution to increase efficiency of processes associated with the system. The teoretical part offers the introduction to the topic of information systems. In the analytical part, the thesis reveals current status of the information system which was predominantly evaluated using the HOS 8 method. Based on the analyzes, the draft of new solution was designed. The new solution will ensure more efficient project management within the company.
