The good know ledges of assembly process and technology is important for the right modification. According theoretic findings it was proposed new organizational structure of assembly lines and the cost saving was calculated

The topic of my dissertation work is business plan, which focuses mainly on strategy, which could increase the competitiveness of Stroje a Mechanismy, a.s. As the main goal, that I staked, is to gather as many relevant information as possible about the issue, closely analyze the company and compare it with their main competitors. I´ll try to suggest several tips how to improve the situation and how to increase competitiveness based on my competition analysis. I choose this topic, because I think that the one of the most important thing for modern company is to actively checking competitors, assimilate them, and always be a one step ahead, and as a delivery company could be an attractive partner for its customers.

This diploma thesis deals with application of the Lean management principles in the manufacturing company, which corresponds to the name of this thesis. The first part explains meaning of the term Lean and offers a view into the history. There are introduced basic principles and individual tools of the methodology together with focus on the purchasing department role. Practical part of this thesis is focused on specific department of the company. By using of appropriate Lean management tools and methods the current status is analyzed, potentials for waste reduction are identified and specific measures are proposed.

The outcome of the work is an introduction of production capacity planning with certain elements of lean production in the family engineering microbusiness NTW s.r.o. in order to make business processes more effective.

Annotation: Lean Management as an Ethical Problem Business management methods are mainly depended on what the company is doing. One of the management options is lean management which is typical for the automotive industry, but is used for its efficiency in other industries as well. It is a method of management that maximizes labor productivity, reduces the financial burden in the production process, and reduces human errors. The main goal of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic concepts of economics and ethics focused on the way of business management. It includes a description of a specific case of the implementation of lean management in a particular company. An ethical reflection follows, which focuses on comparing the described implementation with the presented company values. Second point is the reflection of lean management with the theory Stakeholder. The work concludes with a description of the consequences of the implementation of systems focused primarily on efficiency and profit with possible solution points. Application of Lean principles in the Manufacturing of Electromotors

The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of the principles of lean production in a specific assembly hall, in the production of electric motors with an axial length over 153 cm. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the meaning of lean production, its benefits, qualities and shortcomings. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of bottlenecks directly in production, calculation of downtime, and finding out the possibilities of their elimination. The proposal part offers a proposal to change the layout of workplaces, while in the economic part, this proposal is assessed in terms of investment.

Optimizing the Production Process to Increase Productivity

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the layout of the production line of the pre-assembly head in order to optimize the existing production process and its productivity. The theoretical part presents the theoretical knowledge gained by studying the literature focused on optimization of the workplace, lean manufacturing and project management. These findings are the basis for the analytical part, which describes the current state of the production line, including the analysis of the production process. In the following project part, a project for the optimization of the production line is developed.
