As-built Building Information model of the House
Zachová, Michaela ; Berková, Alena (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of an information model of an existing family house based on data obtained by laser scanning. The first part of the diploma thesis contains information on the issue of the BIM method, its state in the world and in the Czech Republic. It also describes the principle of laser scanning. The next part of the work is devoted to the practical processing of the information model of the building in the environment of the Revit software. The output of the practical part is the building model itself and simplified building documentation created from it.

3D model of the selected object
Mrůzek, Tomáš ; Volařík, Tomáš (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the implementation of a 3D model of two objects using laser scanning. This paper deals with the accuracy evaluation of several data interpretation. The first two methods are the outputs of the results from the FARO SCENE program and other interpretations are the outputs from the TRIMBLE REAL WORKS program. To assess accuracy and veracity, the exact test field of points previously built in the AdMas complex was used. The result of the project is a georeferenced 3D model of two objects with the surrounding environment.

Metric survey documentation of the main palace of Veveří Castle
Hirš, Bořivoj ; Kratochvíl, Radim (referee) ; Machotka, Radovan (advisor)
The aim of thesis was a production of blueprints of part of the 3rd floor of the main palace of Veveří castle. The survey was accomplished by the means of laser scanning and was followed up by the point cloud-based production of 2D drawings. It consists of the layout, cross sections, facade views in a scale of 1:50. These CAD drawings will be used for reconstruction of the 3rd floor of the building. The thesis consists of theoretical part further divided to the location presentation, survey methods used description and specifics of the heritage objects documentation. Then the practical part follows with processing and production of data in various software description.

The model of a family house in Revit
Soukup, Štěpán ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (referee) ; Berková, Alena (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on processing and data collecting for the use of creating functional 3D informating model that we call BIM (Building Information Modelling) which is getting more and more attention throughout building industry and it is used by all of the participants in the industry from designers and architects to those who are dealing with building installations. This process is slowly getting into legislations of many countries including Czechia. The thesis is divided into two parts where one of them is describing the Building Information Modeling in general and the other part is describing the work which is behind the colleting good data which is needed when making the 3D documentation in Revit software which is wildly used for designing building constructions. Practical part of the land surveyor´s work is devided here into two parts where one of them is dedicated to collecting data by laser scanning process, GNSS and measuring by total station and levelling machine. Second part focuses on the description of the data processing in order to make 3D model. The example of the output production data is the BIM 3D model of the family house in selected level of detail and besides that we also have the visualization of both interior and exterior and 2D simplified building documentations.

IMPROVEMENT OF DIGITAL MODEL BY LASER SCANNING METHODS
Tyagur, Nataliya ; Václav, Šafář (referee) ; Hana, Staňková (referee) ; Bartoněk, Dalibor (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
The doctoral thesis deals with mobile laser scanning and data processing. Mobile laser scanning was carried out in the Moravian Karst in Suchy zleb and Pusty zleb at various seasons. Further scanning was carried out at the Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny. The Riegl VMX-450 scanner was used to collect 3D data. The data files were processed in the OPALS software. For the extraction of ground and non-ground points from the laser cloud, a combination of hierarchical interpolation and robust filtering was used. Subsequently, the terrain points were used to model digital terrain models with grids 0.05 x 0.05 m, 0.25 x 0.25 m, 1 x 1 m. Furthermore, digital models from Moravian Karst were compared with the Digital relief model of the Czech Republic 4G and reference points. Digital models from Masaryk Forest Křtiny were compared with photogrammetric and terrestrial data. The high accuracy of the derived DTMs is about 0.10 m. The high quality of the derived DTM can be used to monitor and analyze field changes and morphological structures.

Building Information Modelling of the Water Utility Objects
Maňas, Jaroslav ; Kubíčková, Miroslava (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the BIM creating process with the use of laser scanning data in Revit software. It’s focusing mainly on MEP of water object. In the theoretical part of thesis there are outlined basic issues about laser scanning, informational modelling and other relating issues. In the practical part of the thesis is the summarization of procedure starting from data collecting, data processing to the procedure of creating BIM model, it’s visualisation and the use of the model. There are also mentioned useful pieces of knowledge, which I have learned during dealing with the problems related to the application of this new way of using the spatial information.
