Sója luštinatá a její význam v mezinárodním kontextu

Despite the fact that soy has been known to humans for thousands of years, it has built its privileged position over the last fifty years, during which its versatile potential has been fully discovered. At present it is one of the most important cash crops as it has become the basis for the production of both food and technical products not only for human consumption, but above all, it is contemporary the world's most desirable base of compound feeds for livestock, whose meat and further products are highly demanded as a result of the ever-growing world population and living standards. This diploma thesis specifically identifies the reasons why soy is considered to be the crop of the future, and in line with the assumption of ever-increasing demand, thesis identifies main producers of this crop as well as specific factors influencing its yields. Lastly, the diploma thesis presents the results of a practical experiment which was focused on the yield and quality of soya seeds, and particularly on the content of polyamine spermidine which recent research proven positive to human health.

To reach these goals there is used questionnaire survey. Data are processed by multidimensional statistic methods, by which is determined smaller number of relevant factors containing an information about quality of a destination.

This thesis deals with identification of the key factors that influence quality of service in tourism. These factors are defined by using data from primary research specifically in the area of catering, accommodation and transport. Satisfaction is investigated in the transport sector of the Czech republic by usage of factors which are mentioned above. The outcome of this thesis is a recommendation for service providers, in order to improve quality of service.
