Use of illustration in Russian language teaching

TITLE: Use of illustration in Russian language teaching. ABSTRACT: The aim of the thesis is the illustration, using the principle of clarity in the teaching of foreign languages and an analysis of interactive textbook for Russian Raduga po-novomu 1 in comparison with its printed form. The basis of the work creates the monitoring of progress of the concept of clarity, the using of visual aids and different teaching methods from J. A. Comenius to the present, when we have a modern education technique at the disposal, which allows the application of the principle of illustration in all its forms. The survey questionnaire form is designed to measure the level of popularity of modern teaching techniques for visual teaching. Designing worksheets for teaching geometry to elementary school with support from the program Elica-Dalest

This diploma thesis is aimed at teaching geometry at basic schools with the computer support in Elica Dalest programme. The main target is to create worksheets with the support Elica Dalest programme. These worksheets are put not only in printed form and on CD but they can be found on the Internet. The content of the diploma thesis is the introduction with the teaching of geometry at basic schools, showing particular applications of Elica Dalest, description and evaluation of created worksheets. Worksheets should approach given software to the teachers and make the teaching of geometry special.
Interactive teaching at medium school using mathematical programs - functions, statistics

In my thesis I deal with the interactive teaching functions and statistics thanks to computer learining materials I have created. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, that contains basic educational knowledge about teaching functions, statistics and mathematics in general. The second part is devoted to the description of learning environment and learning materials. In the third part i tis described the research done in the second year of secondary school.

This diploma thesis contains two main themes in the education of students in secondary vocational schools. The first topic are equations that form basis of the study in the field of mathematics and their understanding is therefore needed for successful completion of studies. The secondary issue is financial mathematics which gives pupils the basic knowledge in this field and defines key terms. Each successful graduate is therefore familiar with concepts that will meet every day.
The use of interactive whiteboard in teaching Civics

This diploma thesis deals with the use of interactive whiteboards in the second grade primary Cicics lessons. The theoretical part focusees on the general approach to interactive whiteboard and their significance in the Framework Educational Programe; the importance, principle and features of interactive whiteboards. A key part of interaktiv whiteboards is also their technology and available programmes for teaching. Texttbooks are another Essentials part especially in these case so-called interactive textbooks. The practical part analyse the questionnaires which serve to evaluace the importance of interactive teaching, its advantages and disadvantages in teching Civics.
Interactive stereometry education at a secondary technical school

This paper deals with interactive teaching of stereometry at a secondary vocational school. All the created educational materials are mainly focused on the teaching of stereometry at a Secondary Vocational School of Engineering and are based on the Framework Educational Programme valid for this type of study. However the application of these interactive materials in teaching of stereometry at other schools is also possible. The aim of this thesis is to present stereometry, which is a relatively difficult chapter of study, in an easy way, using modern means provided by the present time. To make the teaching of stereometry more effective, in my thesis I use an optimal number of programs as well as a lot of dynamic applications that facilitate the teachers´ and students´ work.
Interactive teaching on the elementary school

This thesis deals with implementation of computer technologies to teaching practice of mathematics in the 7th year of elementary school. The thesis is divided into two parts ? a theory and an application. The theory includes the most important knowledge of interactive teaching divided into teaching with interactive whiteboard and computer assisted learning. It also discusses approaches to teaching mathematics as an important part of education and connecting problem solving into education. The application includes worksheets that introduce the usage of interactive issues in education and description of a trial performed in the 7th class of elementary school. The aim of the trial was to find out the influence of interactive education to dealing with mathematical problem solving
Use of the tablet in an interactive teaching

This thesis deals with the problematic of the tablet usage in an interactive teaching. The first chapter is devoted to interactive teaching at all. The second and third chapters are dedicated to a detailed description of tablet category. Both parts explain functions, technical details and key features. The fourth and fifth chapter narrate how interactive whiteboards and electronic voting equipment might be used in classrooms and other education process. The following chapter six is related to the issues of connectivity between tablet and interactive whiteboard. The seventh part narrates software and tutorials suitable for the teaching process. The eighth part consists of exact and specific examples of lessons, where interactive elements were used. The last ninth chapter investigates the technical school equipment and their access to interactive teaching. The conclusion summarizes which goals and aims of the thesis were reached.
Place-value system and interactive teaching at secondary school

This diploma thesis deals with teaching of place-value systems in secondary school with use of created computer program. The theoretical part of the thesis deals, apart from other things, with some good reasons to teach non-base ten systems. The main part of the thesis deals with created computer program that contains teaching of binary number system and with created computer model of a counting device. These programs are also accessible from the internet. Results of experimental teaching that took place in two secondary schools are included in the thesis as well.
