The overall concept is designed to make its functionality and disposition effective, as well as an effort to react to the surrounding environment. Designed objects completing the city block are polyfunctional objects with a vertical division functions. Part of the design is also the connection of the streets Koliště and Vlhká for the pedestrians through the passage through the inter-building between the buildings.
