Hodnocení fyzikálně-chemických parametrů zrajících sýrů
Strojilová, Hana
The diploma thesis on the topic "Evaluation of Physicochemical Parameters of Ri-pened Cheeses" deals with the topic of the history of cheeses and their composition in its theoretical part. The thesis also mentions the importance of dairy products in nutri-tion. Other chapters are devoted to the technological production of cheeses with low-heated and high-heated cheese curd and their important representatives. In the last chapters of the theoretical part there is a general description of the used methods for the determination of fatty acids in the formulas. The experimental part of the thesis is focused on basic analytical methods that allow control of individual components of cheese with its packaging. At the same time, a comparison of sampling of Gouda chee-se and Edam cheese was made. Additionally, an experiment was carried out in the ex-perimental part, during which individual fatty acids were extracted. The extraction of fatty acids was carried out according to the method of Hara and Radin. The samples were derivatized and analysed by using a gas chromatograph. Individual percentage values of acids were compared in all samples together. Furthermore, the content of individual fatty acids was evaluated with samples compared by type of cheese. For the experimental part, samples of cheeses with low-heated cheese curd were used there.

The diploma thesis is focused on monitoring the influence of the application of different fertilizers depending on the vegetation cover on selected physical, physico-chemical and chemical properties of the soil. The experiment took place on the site of the Forage Research Station in Vatín. The experiment was based on a combination of mineral fertilizer, digestate, manure and vegetation covers, permanent grass cover, sowing procedure, monoculture of corn. From each variant in the years 2018, 2020 and 2022, undisturbed samples were taken from a depth of 15 cm to determine the reduced volumetric weight, porosity, maximum capillary capacity, minimum air capacity and disturbed samples up to 30 cm from which the soil reacts and the content of accessible nutrients for plants were determined soil. On the basis of determined values and their trends were found that the digestate does not have any negative effects on soil properties. Nevertheless, the positive effects are, that it should have as representative organic fertilizers were not confirmed.
Structure analysis of molecular crystals
Janíček, Jakub ; Císařová, Ivana (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Pavel (referee)
Summary: Diploma thesis covers characterization of molecular crystals by X-ray structural analysis. N-carbamimidazoylisonikotinamid and 1-phenylguanidin were chosen, because their potential use in second harmony generation. Their salts with inorganic acids were prepared and determined their structures. Phase transition of 4,6-diaminopyrimidinium nitrate was studied by x-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. This phase transition is accompanied by thermosalient effect, causing that the crystals jump. Keywords: thermosalient, jumping crystal, X-ray diffraction, non-linear optics, N-carbamimidazoylnikotinamid, 1-phenylguanidin, 4,6diaminopyrmidin.
Reologické vlastnosti žloutků slepičích vajec v průběhu skladování
Pavková, Lucie
The thesis deals with the influence of storage time on particular physical and rheolo-gical properties of a yolk of chicken eggs. Monitored eggs were stored at 6 °C for 8 weeks. The thesis describes the influence of storage time on physical characteristics of a whole egg, such as weight and shape index. As expected, the weight loss of chicken eggs was demonstrated during eight weeks storing. Egg yolk (colour, height, width, weight, index and density) was also described and evaluated in detail. According to our estimates, there are no significant changes in weight during yolk storing. But yolk index is distinctly decreased. During the final part of monitoring rheological properties were evaluated - apparent viscosity, time dependence of viscosity and dependence of shear stress on the shear rate (flow curves). The experiments have proved Newtonian behaviour of egg yolk throughout the storage. The storage time has also clear impact on flow properties of yolk. The results of each experiment were modelled using the power law (Ostwald-de Waele) model.

Horníček, Stanislav
The thesis deals with the assessment of the possibilities of using wood in wood-based materials and products. Part of this thesis is a list of basic wood-based materials used in timber construction. Furthermore, assessment of possibility and explanation of wood modification principles. The thesis includes the design of functional element of the product and also experiment examining selected physical properties of the modified beech wood. The aim is to create a basic overview of trends in production, products and in the use of wood-based materials and possibilities of the use of beech wood for these products and materials.
Experimentální měření fyzikálních parametrů půdy na vybraném pozemku
BALOUN, Tomáš
The bachelor thesis deals with soil as such, its properties with a focus on physical soil parameters and evaluation of experimentally obtained measurement results. Samples were taken from the farm's family farm. The scope of the work was processing of samples and selection of suitable methods to obtain such soil parameters, which can be subsequently used as input data for computer simulations focused on soil compaction after crossings of agricultural machinery.
Properties of fluids
Dzjamko, Vladislav ; Štefan, David (referee) ; Himr, Daniel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to present the basic equations describing the behaviour of fluids and to describe the substance characteristics that are present in them. The thesis is divided into four successive chapters, the first two of which explain the causes and consequences of the various fluid properties. The following chapter is devoted to equations and their derivation. Finally, the content of the thesis includes a description of some methods for determining selected material constants.
Soil water regime of reclaimed and unreclaimed post mining heaps
Cejpek, Jiří ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Moldan, Bedřich (referee) ; Tesař, Miroslav (referee)
This PhD thesis compares the water regime of reclaimed and unreclaimed spoil heaps after brown coal mining, with special regard to the development of hydrological properties of soils, which are determinant for the movement and retention of water in the soil. The basic influence on the supply of soil water has the technology of pouring the spoil heaps and aging, which co-regulates the development of vegetation. During the development of soil's spoil heaps increases field water capacity and water retention, but also increases the wilting point. These changes are related to the accumulation of organic matter in the soil and the degradation of claystones to particle size of physical clay. The development of the ability of the spoil heaps soils to bind water is greater in reclaimed areas, where the upper organomineral horizon develops more rapidly, but there is also a wilting point and water consumption. On unreclaimed area, the soil substrate develops more slowly. Overall, the differences in water regime between reclaimed and unreclaimed areas are small.
Evaluation of the condition of structural timber using resistance drilling technology
Dziadková, Aneta ; Anton, Ondřej (referee) ; Heřmánková, Věra (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to summarize the overview about characteristics and properties of timber and about diagnostic methods used for timber structures prospecting. Experimental part is focused on comparison of drill resistance measurement using Rinntech RESISTOGRAPH for samples at different moisture levels. This paper also includes building survey of roof truss of Litomyšl‘s library and structural report of rafter.
