Progress in technology of mold milling with coated profile tools

This diploma thesis is involved in possible development of different types of milling molds coated with modern plows. The first part is devoted to an analysis of contemporary trends in forms production technology. The analysis includes the different types of machines and tools for making various kinds of molds and dies. Another part deals with design of dies for sheet metal shears. The thesis continues by design of the production procedure after heat treatment and finishing die by miling. For milling of die are designed miling tools, the NC program and the possible development of manufacturing the die using a new machining center and the possibility of production optimization. The penultimate point of the thesis is technical and economical evaluation of the direction of development and comparison of positives and negatoves of each method. At the final evaluation is all summed up.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Evaluation of Quality of Customers

Master thesis deals with quality evaluation customers of Heineken Česká republika, a. s. using the theory of fuzzy logic as an advanced decision-making method, which will be further practically applied within the design of the solution. Based on the selected parameters, a model will be developed to optimize the value of the company's customers, on the basis of which the company may also decide whether to cooperate with the customer or it is more advantageous for them to terminate this cooperation. The work itself is supported by Microsoft Excel and MATLAB.

Optical processing of questionnaires

This master thesis deals with the principles of form design, form printing and form processing. Three different types of forms and applications for their detection are created with the reference of these principles. This application provides to create a new type of form and to print out a form. The application itself is implemented in C++ with the use of OpenCV library. This work describes the classification methods of direction finding marks, identification numbers and submission numbers, bar codes EAN-13, page numbers, answer fields and single answers. The classification of all the handwritten numbers is implemented by neural nets.

Techniques for parallel processing in .NET Framework

This bachelor thesis describes the design of program which uses the techniques of parallel programming. The thesis contents theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts such as multi-threaded execution of applications on singlecore and multicore processor, topology of threads and methods of parallel programming with using classes ThreadPool and Task Parallel Library, which describes the methods Parallel.For, Parallel.ForEach, Parallel.Invoke and TASK. In the practical section individual functions and specific methods needed for proper functioning of the program are explained, which represent simple archive of web pages. The sites are periodically checked and addresses of this website’s are specified in the configuration file.

Database Design for a Small Company

This work describes the design of a database system for Darka Company. It is a system of stocks of goods and materials. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background needed to understand the design of such a system. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current state in the company. In the last part, the system design itself is implemented using a selected platform. Part of the work is also a description of individual objects (eg forms) and the behavior of the system itself. Everything is designed with regard to the company requirements in consultation with the company management.

Pall Ring Manufacturing

The project elaborated design of injection mould with a cold runner system for a creation of component type Pall ring made of polypropylene. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem, the injection technology has been selected as the most suitable method of manufacturing. The proportions of the component along with the placement of the parting line determined the creation process of shaped cavity. The quantity of a manufacturing batch specified two-cavity as the most advantageous variant. The calculation of vent channel’s measurements, the choice of befitting injection machine and a basic simulations had been conducted. The economic part of the thesis has confirmed the suitability of usage cold runner system instead of hot runner system.

Comparison of Two Technology with Al-pressure-cast

The project elaborated design of two manufacturing technologies for component called counterpart of ball from alluminum alloy. Based on the literature study and consultation with the company CNC program was made for machining technology. For pressure casting the part was modified according to the technological requirements. Comparing these technologies showed preferable method of manufacturing for mass production.

The thesis deals with the new design of Dashboard application developed for Vodafone Czech Republic company. The application serves for sales monitoring on all direct retail stores of the company. Major goal of this project is to design a brand new application and enhancing its functionality with new analytical tools and motivational indicators. These innovations will empower the performance of salesmen along with providing the new analytical possibilities for store managers.
