The objective of this bachelor thesis is describing and analysing organization in a professional football club FC Zbrojovka Brno. The first part offers description of organization structure, and job severance in this company character. The thesis is focused on management, organization efficiency, firm culture and workload in this sports club. Based on all acquired data, there will be provided some suggestions and recommendations leading to organization improvements and management optimization. Especially organization structure, both economic and sport situation and marketing of the club are analyzed in this thesis.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the situation of football club TJ Start Brno through analysis of internal and external environment, including SLEPTE anylisis, SWOT analysis and Porter´s five forces model. The theoretical part describes essence of the individual analyses that are applied in the partical part of this thesis. Based on the results I introduce several proposals of solutions with thein impacts as they were shown in analysis.

Website should serve not only players, club officials, association officials and referees, but also to the general public. The web portal will be used for the publication of results and statistics of the matches organized by the District Football Association, competitions fixtures, records of Association’s expert committees, information for clubs and football fans, delegation of referees etc.

Sports facilities in the context of the site

The essay is based on urban development of Komin meadows and proposal of football academy. In the proposal is centre line, which is connecting two entrances to the area and is splitting the area in two parts.The first part by the river is for relaxation, pick-nicks etc. It behaves as a city park. In the proposal you'll find inorganic river basin for swimming, ice skating, renting pedals. Created islands behaves as a forest parks with insistence to protect original biotopes of the river. Other entrances connect tram stops No.1. From these entrances conduct paths to the centre line and split the area into primary flow lines. Next splitting of the area into secondary structure is by paths erected to the centre line. Size of the paths is in the measure of football ground and are located in important points of the area. Individual flow lines could be flowed by water. Those flow lines which can be flowed by water most frequently behaves as gardens, sample agriculture, sports areas with absolute access. Other flow lines are for building and setting up sport grounds with supervised access. Football academy is located at crossing of the centre line and path from the tram stop.

Water park Brno

Diploma thesis Aquapark Brno is directly connected with the previous specialist course "Sports Center Za Lužánkami Brno". This project dealt was focused on overall concept, architectural and urban study of this area with an emphasis on sports, recreation and relaxation. There was created a zone of predominantly professional sport in the southern part of this area. There were built football and ice hockey stadiums on the newly created terrace/platform. These stadiums are located approximately in the same places as their current (football) or non-existent (hockey) predecessors. The terrace/platform (parking is located under the terrace) continues, and the newly expanded Boby Hotel follows the recreational sports zone with an Aquapark and outdoor sports grounds located behind the existing Tesco shopping centre. There is formed a new park in north of the sports grounds forming a recreational-relaxation zone on the territory of Planýrka. The existing building of a 50 meter swimming pool dominates the area of Aquapark. It was built in 1979 according to the project architect Otakar Oplatek. However this object no longer meets the requirements of today's visitors or athletes. The new building which includes a twenty-five meter tall swimming pool with a background is being added to the existing building. So there is a separable swimming area created here, which can serve both - swimmers and teenagers or professional athletes. There is a good possibility of racing as well. The new building connects eastward to the building of the roofed Aquapark partially hidden beneath the terraces and resting areas. These three through-flowing but mutually separable objects together with the platform define the area of the outdoor aquapark. He is also separate off from the noisy Sportovní street, but it has a sufficient supply of sunlight. Sports and Leisure Centre Brno

The topic of my work was to revitalize, recreate and redefine the recreational and sports area Za Lužánkami. Despite its gradual ruining and poor technical conditions it still has something to offer. Indications of this are constant efforts to refresh sport activities and ambitions to bring to this place its lost glory. The main goal of this proposal was to focus on creating a football stadium, support and highlight its dominance and majesty. Stadium was dimensioned on real usefulness with capacity more than 20 000 spectators. The main element of the stadium is its placing in a rising surface and to create a construction which will be a pleasant attraction with its exterior raising pillars and roof construction from all cardinal points. Football stadium fulfills functions of a modern stadium in all required factors and its placing and connection and fulfills sports hall compliance and recreational area for all visitors and householders.

Extension of the sports complex

This diploma thesis deals the project documentation for the new main building of the sports complex. The building will be built on brownfield between the football field and the pond. The building has three floors. The floor plan is rugged. It is built of ceramic blocks with horizontal reinforced concrete structures. The building is based on foundation strips and is covered by a flat roof. It will primarily serve the local football club and their fanclub. The building also has a small cafe.

Computer analysis of sport matches

This work deals with the possibility of a fast football match analysis from audio part of record with the possibility of implementation of some methods for other than football matches as well. The first intention was concentrated on detection of whiz of the soccer whistle that has specific frequency in its specter, which is out of common speech frequency. After detection harmonic frequency , the attention was focused on the definition of whiz meaning. Referee was helpful with the issue as he informed me about the number of whiz styles and provided me with referential samples for whiz classification. Neural network with back propagation was used for definition of whiz meaning. Another subject for detection of important moments of the match was concentration on the commentator’s basic tone. In case the commentator is really excited with the match, his basic speech tone automatically intensifies with every important action of the game. Analysis of commentator’s intensified basic speech tone was realized in this work too. Also the national hymns of teams playing against each other are a significant moment of the match. That is why detection of a hymn became another subject of analysis. Advantages of MFCC were used to obtain audio signal feature, from which 20 coefficients were gained. These were used as an entrance for classifier based on neural network with back propagation. For easy usage of these methods a graphic user interface with possibility of well-arranged look on gained results and also with possibility of replaying chosen section was created.

In this bachelor thesis work is done TV link study in 2020, for the purpose of mediation football matches between studies in Prague and Bratislava. This work deals with optical connections and technology matters to revel in the transmission of large amounts of data.
