This Bachelor´s thesis is divided into three main parts. Firstly, theoretical one describes individual parts of a business plan. Then, this thesis compiles chosen analysis of the ski school and rental ARON Sport based on knowledge of the first part. These analysis serve as a basic for suggestions that get better a current adverse situation of the ski school.

This diploma thesis is dealing with elaboration of a complex business plan, which main goal is its feasibility in practice. This plan is concerning with Seedea, s.r.o. company and its individual project, which arches over. In the first part I show a cross-section of theoretical basement, on which I elaborate my knowledge in analytics and practical part. Practical part is directly focused on elaboration of business plan itself, where the main emphasize is placed on feasibility in practice.

This thesis describes the business plan of establishing a dress rental in the region of Vysočina. Based on the market analysis, analysis of the competition and customers, and setting of the marketing mix, it shows whether the business is able to take a position on local market. Above all, it will be a financial plan that will show, whether the company is vital.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on analyzing tourism services in the region Jindřichohradecko and design optimal business plan for a hotel according to the current trends. The theoretical part informs readers about how to build a business plan. Analytical part shows characteristics of tourism in the region and current trends in hotel business. In the synthetic part was carried out a business plan to build a hotel that meets the criteria of horse station. Part of the project is financing plan, which shows the evaluation of economic efficiency.
