Herbivorie terestrických plžů jako faktor ovlivňující složení lučního společenstva - vliv na semenáče
HRUBÁ, Karolína
In a manipulative experiment, I examined the effect of terrestrial gastropod herbivory and of gaps in vegetation on seedlings in a meadow community. This study demonstrated positive effect of both, herbivory removal and gaps on the establishment and growth of the seedlings. The negative effect of herbivory was more pronounced in gaps than in intact vegetation. Sensitivity of species to herbivory and positive response to gaps differed among the species.
The physiotherapy posibilities in the Ib degree scoliosis of primary school age children
ČERMÁKOVÁ, Martina
Bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy school age children who have been diagnosed with scoliosis Ib grade. Scoliosis is considered a deformity of the spine in the frontal, sagittal and transverse. It leads to the shape deformation of the vertebral due to pressure changes. The theoretical part is processed axial system from the perspective of kinesiology, deep stabilizing system of the spine and postural stability, definitions and classifications of scoliosis and surgical options and conservative treatment. In physiotherapy practice can be used several approaches that are primarily engaged in the treatment of scoliosis. In this work there are written methods that deal with the treatment of scoliosis, although not their main focus. One of these methods is, for example, sensorimotor stimulation from Janda and Vávrová (Janda, Vávrová, 1992), whose objective is to activate subcortical mechanisms that participate on motoric control and to reach automated activity of muscles that are needed for removing muscle dysbalance. The theoretical part of the study was to define scoliosis, write its problems and treatment options for scoliosis focus on conservative therapy with the classification of sensorimotor stimulation method. The second objective of this work was to suggest and then implement specific physiotherapy for school age children diagnosed with scoliosis Ib grade to which elements of sensorimotor stimulation were included. For the practical part of the thesis I used qualitative research methods. The research was conducted using three patients younger school age being in the care of the Rehabilitation Department of the Hospital České Budějovice, a. s. The results were presented in the form of case studies. The research was conducted for three months. In all patients, with whom I conducted therapy, were also included elements of sensorimotor stimulation. Then I recognized in the kinesiologic analyse that the spinal dynamic tests improved, some of the shortened muscles relaxed and patients learned how to breathe properly. They also mentioned better body posture perception and possibilities of its correction. Use of physiotherapy procedures designed to influence scoliosis curve using sensorimotor exercise can be an inspiration for physiotherapists, other practitioners or students.
Physiotherapy for Stroke Patients in Chronic Stage Using the Methods of the Neurophysiological Basis
HANZALOVÁ, Jitka
The topic of the thesis is the physiotherapy based on neurophysiological methods for chronical stage stroke patients. The stroke is a lesion of a part of the brain tissue which develops suddenly from lack of blood perfusion in the area. The clinical manifestation of stroke can differ widely depending mainly on localization, extent, graveness and duration of the reduced blood perfusion or encephalorragia. This results in need of special rehabilitation programme made for each patient individually. The main principle of physiotherapy based on neurophysiological methods is prospering from plasticity of the neural tissue which is preserved in spite of severe injury of the brain. These methods influence control mechanisms in central nervous system by activation of various neural receptors. This therapy affects the patient complexly, it is not aimed at analytic muscle training. The purpose of this thesis was to prove and to evaluate the significance of the neurophysiological methods based physiotherapy for chronical stage stroke patients. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part resumes information on the stroke, its risk factors, complications, consequences etc. The next part briefly describes some of the neurophysiological methods which can be used for the stroke rehabilitation. These particular methods were then utilized in the practical part during physiotherapy sessions with concrete patients. The theoretical part also informs about other means of complex rehabilitation which can be used for treating chronical stage stroke patients. The practical part records physiotherapeutical treatment with the patients. In the practical part of the thesis qualitative research method was used and following methodics: anamnesis, entering examination, special examination by Chedoke for hemiplegia scoring, the records of each therapy session and evaluating the effect of the therapy, which show that physiotherapy for stroke patients is meaningful in chronical stage as well and that the methods and concepts used are suitable. The thesis may serve as a source of information for healthcare professionals and other people taking part in care of the chronic stage stroke patient.
Facilitation in Process of Strategic Planning in Non Profit Organisation
Srbová, Hana Bc. ; Sedláková, Jaroslava (advisor)
Práce podává v metodologické části komplexní informaci o strategickém plánování v neziskových organizacích a o facilitaci strategického plánování, v rámci případové studie popisuje a zkoumá strategické plánování za pomoci facilitátora v Nadaci barokního divadla zámku Český Krumlov.
Benefits of experienced pedagogy for adult education
HORTOVÁ, Ilona
Barchelor essay, Role of experience pedagogy for adult education is about the impact of experience courses in adult education and personal improvement. Essay is devided in two parts. The first teoretical part presents description of opinions on key words of experience pedagogy and on components (feeling, experience, experince reflection, facilitation, group dynamic, motivation, feed back) The second part consist of quantitative research and is focused on description of circumstances which accompany definition of benefits of experience courses for individuals. Quantitative research helped to receive data which are analyzed and evaluated.

Geriatric curative rehabilitation
BAUDYŠOVÁ, Petra
The objective of the Thesis is to coherently process the topic on grounds of a survey in order to provide utility value for relatives of a permanently or temporarily helpless senior. The theoretical part concentrated on presentation of suitable rehabilitation methods and techniques during stay in a traumatologic department, problems of a hospitalized senior, institutional provision of subsequent rehabilitation in available medical facilities, compensation aids and fall prevention. I have performed the survey on grounds of direct hidden observation, interview and experiment {--} use of a sign language in ergotherapy. Problems of hospitalized seniors are solution of subsequent care, unpreparedness for old-age, inconvenient housing due to barriers, associated diseases, worsened adaptation to stereotype changes (e.g. necessary change of compensation aids facilitating motion).
