Performance and application of old-kladruber horses

The Old Kladruby horse is one of the oldest Czech horse breed. It is classified among the genetic animal resources of the Czech Republic. It is also declared to be a national cultural monument along with the stud farm Kladruby nad Labem. The aim of the thesis was to elaborate the history of the development, characteristics and possibilities of work utilization, to process information about the development and possible appearance changes during the last 20 years, when 5 body measurements were monitored. The task was also to produce data concerning the progress and results of performance tests. Another aim was to find information about the application within the Czech Equestrian Federation. All values were processed both statistically and graphically and subsequently evaluated. The results showed that the height at the withers are gradually increasing for all the monitored categories of horses. The circumference of the barrel decreases in the stallions, but in mares it is exactly the opposite. For white mares, the value stopped at an average of 201.97 cm, which is 5 cm more than the average value of the stallions. The circumference of the cannon (shin of the horse) did not change rapidly. However black horses had slight changes. For stallions, the circumference was reduced by 0.5 cm and the mare again increased by 0.5 cm. The reason for that is apparently weight gain in mares and the presence of stronger limbs. The visible weight loss of the stallion is visible both in white and in black ones. Even in the case of white horses, the average value decreased below 600 kg to 598.43 kg. The stallions have a higher body frame but at the same time they reduce the weight. From this information it is certain that the breed is slowly moving towards the sporty type. The weight of mares, in observed years, increased significantly from an initial average of 585 kg in both categories. In white mares, they increased to an average of 619.4 kg and 609.45 kg for the black ones. In the results for the last 20 years, the scores of all parts of the performance tests are down. The highest recorded average rating is in the marathon discipline, which tends to increase gradually. The highest results for the monitored period can be seen in 2000-2004 when the average score was higher than in other years. As part of the Czech Equestrian Federation, it was found that the highest representation of the Old Kladruby horses is in the harness racing, especially the white stallions. Breed representative is also in show jumping but the number is negligible.

The utilization of warmblood stallions registered in the Acceleration programme

The aim of this work was evaluation of the efficiency of the selection of the stallions to the Acceleration programme. The effort was the comparison of the stallions registered and unregistered in the Acceleration programme.For comparison it was used the evaluation of their conformation, sports performance and the evaluation of their offsprings, that means mares assessed in the Performance test for three-years-old based on the evaluation of the conformation and the performance. It is evident from the results, that the rate of registered stallions in the Acceleration programme is more than 35% in the last years. Difference between registered and unregistered stallions in their performance was statistically validated, but not in their conformation. At the evaluation of the offsprings, it was proved only difference in performance (7,66 point compared to 7,38), but not in the conformation between mares by fathers registered and unregistered in the Acceleration programme.

The final design is created in regard to knowledge from design and technical analysis and brings unique design aproach to the solution. The purpose of this work is to solve ergonomic and shaping problems and to introduce a teardrop trailer on the european market.

Analýza liniové skladby populace slezského norika

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze linear composition population of silesian noric breed, characteristic of SN lines in terms of exterior and performance, database processing and statistical evaluation of individual lines SN by scoring exterior, perfor-mance and monitored effects withers height tape, withers height stick, chest circumfe-rence, circuit shin. We developer the database based on manual entry of the point data evaluation and observed effects. We used method GLM in softawre program Unistat 6.5. Multiple comparisons, we have found that the effect of the reference point evaluati-on for exterior and performance stallions are on average better assessment than mares and the differencies between the lines was proved. The differencies between lines and also sex were proved also at withers height stick and withers height tape. Stallions reach bigger hight. Further was proved that mares have bigger chest circumference, then stalli-ons and at circuit shin the stallions have bigger value compare to the mares.

Návrh konstrukčního řešení skládacího zahradního nábytku

The subject of this diploma thesis is the structural solution design of folding garden furniture, namely furniture for outdoor use. This solution ensures easy handling when keeping furniture away from bad weather or when not using it during the winter season. Specifically, this is an armchair assembly with a footstool. The armchair has the possibility of positioning the backrest. The furniture is complemented by a dining table for two people and a side table in order to achieve a pleasant stay in the exterior. This design solution was created to fulfill the requirements of a particular company and its production possibilities. The very solution is based on the current range of corresponding garden furniture in the actual European market. Further knowledge was needed in the field of anthropometry, ergonomics, furniture design and material information. The design solution is supported by the standards and technical and safety requirements. The work is supplemented by the drawing documentation, bill of materials, economic evaluation of the material costs and visualizations.

The thesis engaged proposition of center for preschool kids situated in nature on boards town of Šumperk. Center is for kids whose parents have different way about education, then is used in classic kindergarten. In the thesis is description a way of education in classic kindergarten but the alternative pedagogical way too. The alternative way is inspiration for this thesis. Contain technical, safety and legislative rules with design od building, furniture and materials for preschool kids. Thesis occupy with interior, exterior and green vegetative roof for walking which is fill in technical drawing and visual style.

Návrh a konstrukce exteriérového mobiliáře

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction solution of the exterior furniture for Lesy ČR. The mobiliary will serve as a shelter for tourists. Furthermore, the mobiliary will also serve for information purposes. The concept of the thesis is designed in such a way that the information from the literature and the norms is used as a source of materials for the work itself. The thesis includes theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis are presented the requirements for the construction of exterior furniture, theory of dimensioning of wooden structures, materials of wooden structures and economic evaluation of wooden constructions. Practical part of the thesis includes design, sketch, visualization, selected materials, strength design, design drawings and economic evaluation.

Ověření použití substrátů pro exteriérové zelené stěny

This diploma thesis deals with the description of substrates suitable for exterior vertical wall systems and their production in the company KERA GREEN s.r.o. The created substrates are tested directly on an experimental vegetation wall and analysis is carried out in VÚKOZ Průhonice. The thesis compares the data from the analysis with the VÚKOZ methodology on the evaluation of roof substrates. These results are confronted with the results of the experiment and based on this comparison, the work attempts to recommend the composition of substrates for vertical gardens.Formula clause:The reason for postponing the publication of thesis entitled Verification of using the substrates for exterior green walls is the use of the results of work for application output, cooperation with the commercial sector, based on a signed partnership, and mutual cooperation agreement and further possible commercialization. Estimated delay is three years.

Between the Landscape and the City

My bachelor project is a study of a multifunctional building of Faculty of Science Palacký University in Olomouc, Holice. This building will be a new space for feeding and spending the free time not only for academic community but also for public visiting the nearest neighborhoood for example Holice forest. The building is the main entrance to the premises of the faculty. In the first floor we can find café, cafeteria and library, we can visit the lectures in the auditorium in the second floor and last but not least we will find accommodation for summer school students, teachers and foreign visitors in the second and third floor. Surroundings and the shape of the building are designed to create a new public space for assembly which is now absent.
