It consists of a theoretical part, which explains the main concepts, analytical part, where is analysed the current passage contract now and concrete proposals, which are designed to suggest improvements that will help make passage contract more effective, optimal and speed it up due to reduce delivery time to the end costumer.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader to the topic of international art market, to explain how the art market works and what various forms it can acquire. In addition to this, the thesis points out different art investment opportunities and describes recent development of the art market. The first chapter begins with an explanation of general terms and concepts associated with art. Then follows the art market segmentation and characteristics of the main market players. The second chapter takes into account art's investment potential and consequently examines possible strategies while buying art. It is also dedicated to art investment funds and art price indices. In the last part the attention is focused on art market's development in the last years, its current state and today's trends.

In this bachelor thesis I will discuss the issue of order processing through a company. This thesis was processed in a company Pekárny Blansko a.s., that provided me all the information and documents through which I was able to make an analysis of the current state of the company. Based on the evaluation of the analysis I have processed proposals leading to an improvement of order processing.

The internal political development in Kenya since 90s of the 20. century

This bachelor thesis provides information about the internal political development of Kenya with an emphasis on the period after the Cold War. The first part of the paper introduces the democratic development of the Sub-saharan Africa since 90s of the 20.century and the conditions influencing democratization. The second chapter focuses on Kenya and its internal political development and explains historical connections and apply the conditions of democratization on Kenya. The third part is dedicated to 2 most important events occured in the last decade - presidential elections held in 2007 and new constitution of kenya since 2010. The last chapter describes current state of the democracy in Kenya and illustrates its future internal political development.

Possible future developments of South Sudan

This bachelor thesis provides information about the possible scenarios of future development in the Southern Sudan, focusing on democratization. The thesis is divided into 4 parts. The first chapter discuss democracy in Sub-Saharan Africa in general, the definition of democracy and democratization process and the factors that enable the democratization or not. The second part is dedicated to the theory of failed states and its indicators. The third chapter deals with the history of Sudan, which is relevant for the development of South Sudan and for the evaluation of possible developments. The accent here is put on the causes of civil wars in Sudan and its consequences, the analysis of internal and external participants of developments in Southern Sudan and the formation of Republic of South Sudan and the immediately following events. On these basis, the fourth chapter concentrates on possible future developments of South Sudan.
