Realization of the business plan

The dissertation work engages in working out a business plan for a business intention of A HOUP s. r. o. company, which is running a café. The work pays attention to the basic terms of business, legal policies in business and new law no. 90/2012col. and also its economic impact on the company itself. Within the frame of business intention, the work concentrates on an assessment of the intention effectiveness through the analysis of the environment and the foundation budget. On the ground of researched indicators the implementation of such intention is recommended and it is classified as effective. In conclusion of this study, the most common business risks are assessed form the point of limiting those.

There is described the difference between Business intention and Business plan. As next are described important parts of the Business intention and phases of the project. Mainly it is explained the project-analysis like SWOT and SLEPT analysis and economic efficiency. The practical part is focused on Business intention analysis as a basis for business decision. Mainly it is focused on analysis of inputs and outputs of the project, economic efficiency analysis, and at the end is found out which option of the Business in-tention is most efficient for today.

The thesis includes business intention of construction company in the form of a feasibility study. Planned company deals with the realization of timber-framed buildings that are built by hand directly on the construction site. The introductory part describes basic knowledge of the investment projects planning. One subchapter shortly describes the timber construction system. Parts of the business intention are oriented on corporate strategy, marketing, production technology, manpower, economic a financial analysis and risk management. In conclusion is an overall assessment of the project feasibility.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan for the establishment and the development of small business services in the educational area. The thesis is organised into two sections - theory and practice.The theoretical part defines the basic information, structure, content and principles of building a business plan. Theoretical knowledge and methods are further used in specific business plan for the establishment and development of small business services processing in the educational area which forms the analytical part. The practical part is focused on the analysis of initial situation of the company, the establishment and development. There is used the method of market analysis , which is utilized for further development of the company. This method involves the SWOT analysis and Porter five forces analysis.
