Internet start-up projects and their risks

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the field of the Internet startups and to find out what trends and risks are associated with their development and launching. The first chapter of this thesis summarizes the main changes in recent years and the methodologies that are the most often used in developing of startups. The work also reflects a problem connected with financing, such as investor interest in emerging projects. Then there is explained how startup investing works and what opportunities there are for investors to finance internet projects these days. The second chapter focuses on the internet startup Postuj.cz, on mistakes made during its implementation and risks that affected its starting up. The thesis includes an explanation of basic concepts in order to provide an insight into the current situation and an inspiration for starting similar projects. The main contribution of this paper is the analysis of the risks that the founder must consider in the early stages of starting his business, how to start your own startup, what might be important in the development and what less. For those interested in starting their own startup, there are presented several ways, that can help them to increase the chances of success.

Business plan - online e-shop with food

The aim of this dissertation is to create a business plan for an online e-shop with food. The main aim of this paper is to evaluate the success of this business idea. This work is divided into a theoretical and practical section. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses, and their strengthens and weaknesses. Then it describes the reasons for setting up a business, a founder's budget, and the structure of a business plan. The practical part describes the business idea. It is divided into categories and chapters according to the theoretical part. There is a conclusion at the end of my dissertation work. I am summarizing results discovered during writing this work. And I am evaluating the success of the business idea.

This bachelor's thesis is about a business idea of building and running a running a croquet pitch. In the methodological part is a business plan described in general. It's said who makes a business plan, for what purpose and what steps has to be taken. Than the benefits of making a business plan are discussed. In next part is defined the recommended structure of a business plan. In the last phase of methodological part are mentioned some general principles for making and presenting a business plan. The content of the practical part is an actual business plan, which elaborates the above mentioned business idea. The goal of this thesis is to make a quality and real business plan, which could be presented to an investor, or a bank when asking for financing. This plan should also be used to verify the realness and economic viability of the business idea. The project was proved as feasible and viable.

This thesis is concerned with the business idea which is the business expansion. The goal of thesis is to find out if this business idea is makeable using business plan for 5 years. I am describing the compilation of the business idea in the Theoretical part of this work and in the Practical part single parts of the Idea are applied on the Ophthalmological office.
