The specifics in scheduling short AV works

The bachelor thesis deals with the process of preparing an audiovisual work with a particular focus on a comprehensive shooting schedule. First, the thesis describes the film production process, including its parts. The thesis also includes specifications and differences between various parts of works included. Through problems and their solutions the system of scheduling is explained. The thesis describes the documents and materials needed for scheduling including their requirements. Outcomes created in the process are also defined. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the practical application of theoretical knowledge in the scheduling of a short student film. The examples are explained through the application of these methods and are shown in real output.
Advertising production: Production company Funny Bunny Films and its work

This thesis discusses the advertising market in the Czech Republic and focuses on different kinds and forms of commercials and their market reach. It also brings the differences between film and advertising productions. The practical part is devoted to a particular production company and a description of circumstances that enabled it to become a recognized advertising production. Through interviews and participant observation brings the creation of three specific commercials. Finally, it describes the main aspects of successful advertising campaigns and the circumstances of its creation.
Film and television production and distribution in the CR after 1989 – Companies Frmol, Ltd. and Armada Films, Ltd.

This thesis discusses the film and television market in the Czech Republic after 1989. It focuses on the description and the importance of production companies and then describes the situation on the field of distribution audiovisual works. It also deals with television companies in terms of production and co-production of Czech films. In the practical part it maps two different production companies and compares their approach to work, using the interviews. In conclusion, then, on the basis of further interview analyzes the possibilities that are available for newly established production companies in an already competitive environment.
Project management in the audiovisual production

This paper deals with the application of project management approach and determination of the project life cycle methodology, according to the PMBoK field of audiovisual production. Using other methods of project management, implementation and evaluation of control systems for processes in the formation and progress of the project. Determination of the legislation that covers this area. Creating a general procedure, which is divided into various stages of implementation and identify key processes and milestones that need to be further defined. It introduces a system of checks and assessment procedures to facilitate the acceptance and fulfillment of set conditions. Improved work and access to information that is critical for the project. Supporting the project processes with software tools to facilitate the implementation and its management.
