The main goal of this thesis is to formulate suggestions for improving financial situation in the company. This goal is reached in final part of the master’s thesis.

Thesis on Analysis of Competitiveness of CZ TOP TRADE Ltd. mainly deals with the ability to compete with companies, who are on the Czech market in the engineering. To determine competitiveness and competitive advantage, I used both internal company environment and external. I have subsumed here Analysis of internal company environment and also analysis of external company environment like Porters model of five forces, PEST analysis and everything I summerized in the SWOT analysis. I applied mentioned above analysis. The results of this analysis I came to the conlusion that the company is able to compete against their competitors and I have prosposed changes, which schould to increase market share.

The goal of this work is to find suitable strategies to keep and strengthen its position on the market. PESTE analyse will be used to external environment survey, key actors according to Kotler will be used for branch analyse and "7S" McKinsey's company will be used for internal analyse. Thanks to obtained knowledges, SWOT analyse, which will be the base for creation of suitable strategies, will be compiled.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the marketing strategy for implementation of a new product on a market. PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces model and situational analysis are parts of this strategy. Furthermore, the questionnaire dealing with customer behaviour is evaluated. This thesis provides a marketing mix together with the final partial steps of the marketing strategy and suggestion of a legal protection.

Also marketing research has been carried out in the practical part. Thanks to the results of the analyzes and market research the author has created suggestions for improve the current situation.
