Modelling of Financial Resources of Construction Order from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to show options of funding in public builders contract from European fund. The theoretical part explains and specifies most important concepts which are regarding these issues and shows public sector all together with explanation of basics concepts and forms of funding in public contract. The second part is practical and we can find there models of flow of subsidies, all costs and drawing of suitable loan for financial of public builders contract. The model is performed on two different projects which are mutually compared and evaluated.
Public Procurement in the Field of Civil Engineering

This thesis focuses on explanations of terms relating to public works and dividing it by the value of contracts. The main objective is to analyze the amount of intermediate values of public works contracts, tenders Administration and maintenance of roads in the South Moravian Region four levels of the process, ie the expected value, control budget, the price in the contract for work and real value. The practical part of this process will be demonstrated from historical data procurement of the years 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to acquire the possibilities of financing revitalization of blocks of flats from the aspect of supplier. It is the most common problem in the present time, since most of these houses are in very poor conditions with the need of repairs. The theoretical part is focused on financing of contracts, which are involving the possibilities of obtaining grants and loans for important realizations. Further, the practical part deals with the subsidy input to the project and its influences of the financial sites. The practical part deals with subsequent analysis of the contract at the non-recognition subsidies and the need of obtaining a loan.
Determination of variant price for public construction contract

This master thesis deals with the determination of the variant prices for the public construction contract. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyses prices, construction contracts and budgets in general. Public construction contract for the residential building in Štěpánov was selected for this thesis. In the practical part the construction contract and the supplier company are briefly described. The price of the construction contract is analysed in the price analysis, where the budgets of the contracting authority and the selected supplier are compared. Based on this analysis, alternatives of material usage are suggested. At the end of the thesis the overall economic evaluation is carried out and the variant price of the contract is determined.

The topic of bachelor thesis is financing of the construction order from the point of view of the contractor. Thesis is divided in to two parts theoretical and practical. First part is focused on explanation of terms construction, construction projects and financial planning. In second part we focus on specific building order including financial plan. The goal of thesis is to show possible financial flows during execution of the contract.

The aim of the thesis is to describe possible ways of financing construction investment from the investor's perspective. The theoretical part is mainly engaged in public and private contracts, including obtaining grants and loans. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the implementation of the construction contract, it's suitable financing option through credit and subsidies, and the overall evaluation of the method of financing.

In the practical part is characterizes specific public works, financed by using funding from the EU and its impact on the economy of the municipality.
