Výpočet stromových charakteristik v bukovém porostu na základě fotogrammetrického mračna bodů
Ferdus, Michal
This bachelor thesis will focus on determining tree characteristics, which are diameter at breast height (DBH) and tree height using two different methods. The first method is conducted by ground measurement of the instruments currently used. The second method is done by using a combination of ground and aerial photogrammetry using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Thanks to the subsequent software analysis, DBH and tree position were determined by terrain's photogrammetry, and the aerial photogrammetry generated the height of the individual trees. After colleting all results, these methods were compared for accuracy, time consumption and any potential future use in forestry.
Design of the procedures and maintenance system for the commercial operation of unmanned aircraft based on a comparison with the system of maintenance of aircraft in commercial operation (SEP, SP)
Barus, Viktor ; Chlebek, Jiří (referee) ; Hammer, Jaromír (advisor)
Aviation is entering a new era. Unmanned systems are increasingly more involved in the commercial sector of civil aviation and they are creating new challenges. This bachelor’s thesis deals with unmanned aircraft and their maintenance. The first chapter of the thesis describes goals, important terms and abbreviations. The second chapter focuses on unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), summarizing their history, categorization and rules. The third chapter briefly explains the maintenance of aircraft and the last chapter presents the maintenance procedures applied to unmanned systems in commercial operation.
Utilizability of civil aircraft anti-collision systems by unmanned aircraft
Muschalik, David ; Chlebek, Jiří (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the utilizability of civil aircraft anti-collision systems by unmanned aircraft. The thesis is designed to be an entry point to the issue of unmanned aircraft, anti-collision systems and other topics related to these.
GAL4/UAS binary system as a toll for the study of gene function
Soukup, Tomáš ; Krylov, Vladimír (advisor) ; Půta, František (referee)
GAL4/UAS system is a bipartite gene engineering tool, enabling ectopic expression in temporal and tissue-specific manner in vivo. Design of this technique is based on a mechanism of gene transcription, which was elucidated of large portion by an experimental study of Saccharomyces cerevisiae regulation of metabolic control circuit for processing galactose. It is possible to generate hundreds of stable transgenic lines by independent incorporation of the gene for the transcription factor Gal4p and its binding sequence (UAS), respectively, by using transposible or specific-sequence integration techniques. An individual organism, manifesting ectopic expression in suitable, adjustable conditions, can be obtained by cross breeding individual of GAL4 lines with individual from UAS line. This thesis represents a synthesis of the basic principles of GAL4/UAS system and its variants, particularly adapted to the needs of genetic manipulation of model organisms Drosophila melanogaster and Danio rerio. Additionally, this text summarizes the connection GAL4/UAS system with other techniques and briefly highlights the potential for practical applications mainly in research area of neurology. Podnikatelský plán vybrané firmy (model lean canvas)
Strupplová, Lucie ; Filipová, Alena (advisor) ; Zeman, Jiří (referee)
The well arranged and instructivee business plan is the basic part of every business project.. Currently is very often used the lean canvas model of the business plan. This model shows us very istructively all the factors influencing the project realisation. The dissertation is divided into the two basic parts. In the thoretical were compared the essential forms of the business plan with their differences. The practical part consists of creating the lean canvas model for the progressive company using the UAV and the MAIA application, monitoring the flight of the UAV. The economic data were analyzed and the structured scheme of the project, with the prediction was realized. The lean canvas model was very useful and optimal for this company and it´s project.
The possibilities of using unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for monitoring littoral vegetation of water reservoirs
Vondrášek, Jan ; Bogdan, Vlastimil (advisor)
The main objective of this work is to find out what are the possibilities in the use of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for the monitoring of littoral vegetation water habitats. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts related to unmanned systems, legislation in the Czech Republic to obtain permission to operate unmanned system. The theoretical part also focuses on the importance of littoral vegetation and current measurement methods littoral vegetation. The expected benefits of the use of a UAS could be e.g. assessment of the degree of land-filling the tank, quality assessment littoral vegetation, consideration of the littoral area of the container and thereby its ecological function intended action e.g. mowing etc.
Expansion of Skydog Aircraft Model Control System by Remote and Autonomous Control by Android Application
Boček, Michal ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
The thesis aims to design and implement an Android application with ability to control the autopilot of the Skydog aircraft model using the wireless telemetry. The application shall receive data from an aircraft model gathered from various installed sensors. These data shall be then processed and corresponding instructions for autopilot shall be sent back. When collision with terrain or obstacle is detected, the application shall send instructions to autopilot to avoid such collision. RRT algorithm is used to find collision-free flight trajectory. Database of known obstacles and digital terrain model are provided to application in formats XML and GeoTIFF respectively.
Contemporary UAS and the possibilities of their application to European commercial space
Matejko, Filip ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (referee) ; Vosecký, Slavomír (advisor)
The work contains a brief overview of some modern unmanned aerial systems and later their capabilities of integration into controlled airspace in Europe. It discusses the current legislation dealing with different areas of integration of UAS and the update and developing process of legislation. Another section deals with the exploration of the possibilities of using unmanned aircraft in the commercial sector and their impact on the existing air transportation. The last section is devoted to the technical aspects associated with the integration of UAS into controlled areas. It describes the current systems of the CNS and their possible development in conjunction with UAVs and also a significant part of the work is devoted to the technology of the S&A (Sense and Avoid). During the entire work is gradually evaluate the current situation of the operation of UAS and are designed and recommended necessary changes that will need to be perform to their successful integration into the controlled airspace.
Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for vegetation monitoring
Trojánek, Tomáš ; Pejchar, Jan (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to select the most appropriate platforms for the fulfillment of required flight mission. The first part reviews available unmanned vehicles suitable for vegetation monitoring and includes both commercially available and self-made types. There are presented basic parameters, recommended equipment and tested configuration of each platform. The second part includes graphical comparison of all models in different categories and the most suitable platform has been selected on its basis. The model project which is based on the selected platform is presented in the final section.
Hodnocení úspěšnosti obnovy lesních porostů prostřednictvím dat pořízených bezpilotním letounem
Driml, Tomáš
This thesis deals with the review of success of the forest recovery on the area of interest situated in the Military domain Březina. The thesis highlights criteria within possibilities of data acquired this way. The review is focused primarily on the uniform distribution of trees. Firstly, UAV basics and acquiring data are described. The main use of drones in forestry, gathered data and characteristics of the area are presented in the next. Then the data is processed, analyzed, and the results are presented.
