The subject work is to urban and architectural design of buildings corner vacant lot at the intersection of streets Brabansko – Malá Dlážka in the immediate vicinity of the central part of the city Přerov. Given the potential of space is not a building program (or another part of the award) a minimum or maximum capacity of the proposed buildings (m2 gross floor area), and (among others) the subject of bachelor thesis proposal to use the specified territory. The aim of this proposal is viable urban area and a functional use, which assesses and develops the character of the specified site.

Townhouse is designed like multifunctional. Shops are in a parterre. Flats fall into residue floors. Architecture of townhouse create with Sokol house eurythmic complex. Townhouse is divided into two parts. Lower part continues old traditions of interwar funkcionalism. Top part of house above platform embolden corner of block. This part makes good view to old central part of the town Přerov possible.

The townhouse on the waterfront in Přerov completes overall composition of entered area. House responds with the broken mass of the corner to the nearby functionalistic building of sokol. This mass arrangement brings an interresting space inside the building. In first and second floor there are passage, shops and offices. In third and fourth floor there are residental apartments.

The subject of the work is to design urban and architectural design of buildings corner vacant lot at the intersection of streets Brabansko – Malá Dlážka in the immediate vicinity of the central part of the city Přerov. The main conception is based on horizontality of nearest dominant on the street Brabantsko - the building of functionalist Sokol house. The main component of the building is its horizontal division, which is accented by horizontal lines - by desks and its shifting.

Main function of the house is living. House consists of three masses, which form the letter U, in the middle with quiscent atrium. Atrium is at the level of 2 floor, under the atrium is parking. The masses ,away from the south, rise. Southern is the lowest mass, doesnt shade the atrium. Mass in the background is the highest, overlooking the city.

The basic idea was to create a pleasant environment for living inside the bloc with green garden, levitating above the surrounding buildings. This garden is lined with the volume of the house - horizontal plates which are intersected on the corner by vertical cuboid, which is about two floors higher - thus creating a dominant feature on the corner and moderate counterpart of the Sokol - building.
