Tato diplomová práce představuje návrh a implementaci řídicího systému známého jako Innovation Scorecard, který byl zaveden a aplikován v rámci společnosti Red Hat Czech s.r.o. Účelem bylo vylepšení současného modu operandi společnosti se zvláštním důrazem na zlepšení vývoje a implementačních procesů softwaru. Hlavní zaměření práce je především na měření toho, jak úspěšný byl jakýkoli navrhovaný inovativní způsob práce. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část obsahuje základní znalosti, které jsou důležité pro pochopení konkrétního tématu výzkumu. Druhá část diplomové práce popisuje společnost a umožňuje tak pochopení interních procesů a systémů v rámci firmy. Třetí část obsahuje související návrhy, jak zlepšit vnitřní procesy. To je založeno na analýze s hlavním zaměřením na to, jak společnost v současné době funguje.
The specifics of teamwork and management in constructions

Current trends in communication and teamwork in construction engineering

The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.
Teamwork and workplace relationships

The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the relationships in the workplace and the prerequisi-tes of workers for team work in the selected company and suggest possible recommendations and changes. The main benefit of this work is the use of sociometry, which helped in the evaluation of relationships in the workplace and the level of teamwork.
Management of the restaurant facilities

Employees in restaurants are assumed to have longer working time that means their motivation is very important. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is focused on the best ways how to manage and motivate employees. This work deals with two competitive restaurants in Vysočina region. At first, the thesis contains a literature survey about management, managerial functions and motivation, presents the importance of a small business and brings some general information about the restaurants. Then the analysed information from literature is utilized for processing methods. Results of the thesis are achieved by STEP analysis, questionnaires and SWOT analysis. Finally, some suggestions for improvements are recommended.
The Outdoor Escape Game in Biology Teaching for the 6th Grade of Elementary School

The topic of the diploma thesis is an outdoor escape game and the possibility of its inclusion in the teaching of Biology in the sixth grade of elementary school. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the elements and process of the classic escape game, outdoor escape game and its use in education. The thesis approaches the history of escape games, geocaching and the educational trail, including elements used in outdoor escape games. The thesis provides an overview of basic ciphers that can be used in escape games. The goal of the practical part is to create my own digital outdoor escape game using the Glitr application, which will be tested in practice. The game aims to revise and expand the knowledge gained in Biology lessons and to develop key competences. The practical part describes individual elements of the application, their possible use and the process of creating outdoor escape games. The theme of the game is insects with a connection to the history of the city of Klecany. It also includes a description of the individual locations and tasks used in the game. TITLE: German-Czech meetings in books written by Martin Becker and Jaroslav Rudiš SUMMARY: The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the collective literary output of the two young authors - German writer Martin Becker and his Czech friend Jaroslav Rudiš. A part of my thesis concerns also with their lives and their works. The object is to find Czech motives in the work and life of Martin Becker and influence of German culture on the books of Jaroslav Rudiš, to concern on typical characteristics and analysis of their collective works. In my thesis I arrive at the conclusion that the Czech stay, interest in Czech language and literature reflect in works of Becker, in the similar way are books of Rudiš influenced by his interest in German authors, art, history, German language and other. Annotation: The dissertation "The successful team - how to well compiling and effectively lead the NGO team" is related to the personal management of NGO. The main goal of dissertation is to provide "the manual" to the team leader, how to well compile and lead effectively his or her team in the NGO. In the theoretical part of dissertation I firstly deal with the importance of NGOs in the society and their specifics. I'm interested consecutively in the phenomenas related to the personal management of NGOs. The second part of the work is written as an interrogatory survey. Due to this survey I'm focusing on providing the rewarding informations as - what are the important factors for the members of team and how to lead the team more effectively?
