Author: Kristýna Sobotková Tutor: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný Department: Department of physical education Aims of the thesis: The main aim of the thesis is to map and compare the usage of regenerative procedures. with a main focus on sports massages in sport teams in different kind of sports which are taking part in the highest level of competitions in the region of Mladá Boleslav. Methodology: Methods used in the thesis are analysis and comparison. The results of the thesis: The result is a detail exploration of professional sports clubs in Mladá Boleslav with an emphasis on regeneration and usage of sports massages. Among these sports clubs the football players and the hockey players have the widest possibilities for regeneration. These two clubs have similar facilities for regeneration. They can choose from a vast variety of regeneration's techniques and the masseurs are there every day for them. The floorball players have their own masseur, but they don't have sufficient facilities. They have an improvised massage room in a fitness and a vat with icy water in a changing room. Impact on extra league floorball players of selected regeneration methods after training in summer preparation

Title: Impact on extra league floorball players of selected regeneration methods after training in summer preparation. Objective: The goal of the bachelor thesis is to study and compare the regeneration methods of floorball players. To study the effect of sports massage, cold water regeneration and passive regeneration (relaxatin) on the lower back limb muscular pain (DOMS), the subjective perception of method and influence on muscle contraction. Methods: A quantitative research in the form of quasi-experiment was followed by the effect of different regeneration methods on a set of 15 extralig floorball players. As a method of data collection, I used a questionnaire based on subjective assessment, as a visual analogue scale. He was dealt with proband before the very beginning of the test. I was also using the sit and reach test, which assessed shortening or extensions of the lower limb muscles. For my research, I chose the target group of 15 extra league players of the Ivanti Tigers floorball team aged 18-30. Results: From the values I obtained from the questionnaire, it is cleaar that 67% of the respondents are the most pleasant sport massage. Analysis of the influence of sports massage back to the heart rate for students of physical education PF JU

The aim of this thesis is to prove whether a sporting massage of a back has an influence on the heart rate change. The analysis was carried out on female physical education students of PF JU, aged 20 23, specifically on ten of them chosen random, who agreed with the usage of measured data. The measurement was carried out in the lessons of Complex regeneration on the physical education and sport department of PF JU and the measurement was done by a digital arm pressure gauge type Tensoval duo control. The heart rate data were taken before the massage, during the massage, right after the massage and after five minutes from the massage. The results prove that heart rate decreased and changed only about 10 heartbeats maximum.
Usage alternative massage technique in practice

The submitted graduation thesis focuses on the most well-known massaging methods. Various literature sources were used in order to create a complex view on the topic. The goal of this thesis was to collect all available theoretical information on the origin and history of massaging. The definition of massaging is part of the thesis, together with the effect, purpose as well as individual types of procedures together with their suitability for a quick recovery from fatigue. Individual massaging techniques are addressed in detail, together with their comparison to the mentioned alternative massaging methods. In the graduation thesis was created as a didactic in the form of methodological lists of the procedure sports massaging of the back and neck.
Make of videorecording of sports massages

This diploma paper deals with the problems connected to sports massages. The aim of this work was to form didactical help, including a DVD which will be also used for sports massage trainings. The teoretical part briefly describes the history and development of classical and sports massages. There are defined types of sports massages, their incidence and effect. A special attention is also paid to basic hygienic code and restrictions of sports massages which are to be respected. This work futher analyses massages and describes basic rubbing touches and the procedure of overall sports massage. In addition, the work brings an outline of the make of the training film. For the practical part is enclosed a DVD film as a didactical help.
