Crossroad I/36, II/211, III/32225 and road to the Synthesia complex in Pardubice - Study

The subject of this diploma thesis is a study of an crossroad adjustment of roads I/36, II/211, III/32225 and tertiary road, which connects industrial area SemtinZone to the crossroad. Tho crossroad s located in the Rybitví municipality, northwest of the Pardubice. There is currently an crossroad with an inappropriate crossing angle. This thesis includes traffic survey, the assesment of the rate of accidents, the design of three different variants of the crossroad, including sight triangles and turning radius check. Then assessment of capacity for forecasted traffic volume of each variant. By a multi-criteria evaluation the optimal variant was chosen.
Blansko - roundabout Masarykova x Susilova

The subject of the thesis is a design of variants of the solutions of the existing intersection streets of Masarykova, Sušilova and Nádražní in the town of Blansko. The reason for its processing is to find out the possibility of a prospective solution of the intersection. The output of the work is proposed two variants and their comparison in terms of capacity and traffic. The work also contains an evaluation of the traffic survey, capacity assessment of prospective intensities, price estimation of both variants and verification of the passage of the roundabout. The proposed variants improve static transport in the area.
Crossroad I/38 a III/4117 near Blížkovice - Study

Subject of the bachelor thesis is a study of adjusting T-intersection crossway of roads I/38 and III/4117 near Blizkovice. The current state of the intersection seems unsatisfactory and dangerous when turning left and when exiting from a side road. The aim of this work is to design a modification solution with a requirement for a smooth and safe passage through the intersection in all directions and to ensure that the relocation of the high-pressure gas pipeline does not occur. Three variants of a possible solution were proposed and one of them was chosen that meets all the criteria.
Extension of Markéta Kuncová Street

The bachelor's thesis in the form of a technical study deals with the construction of a new road, solving the connection of the revitalized Zbrojovka complex to the existing Markéta Kuncová street. The design of the road will take into account the trolleybus line and at the same time the need to minimize the impact on the surrounding parallel buildings. It also includes a design for the modification of the existing junction of Markéta Kuncová and Skopalíkova streets.
Extension of Průmyslová Street

The bachelor's thesis, in the form of a technical study, deals with the modification of the existing Průmyslová street in order to provide capacity solutions for the planned development of the area. The modification also includes a connection to the planned road constructions in the area (Extension of the D1 motorway, Great city ring road). The bachelor's thesis addresses the road capacity and deals with the design of capacity and safe junctions with existing and prospective roads. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also walkway and cycle path design.
Brno, Křižíkova x Kociánka x Myslínova crossroad - Study

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the intersection of Křižíkova x Kociánka x Myslínova streets in Brno. At present, the shape of the intersection appears to be unsatisfactory, mainly due to a problematic turn left from the short junction between Křižíkova and Kociánka streets. Due to the planned large housing construction in the Brno-Sadová district, a large increase in traffic intensity on Kociánka Street is expected. The aim of this work is to find a suitable variant that will increase the capacity of the intersection and allow a smoother turn to the left. The design is made in three variants based on traffic research, capacity assessment and accident assessment. The current state and all variant solutions are assessed in terms of capacity for prospective intensities and evaluated.
Úvaly, I/12 x II/101 crossroad - Study

Subject of the bachelor thesis is a study of adjusting T-intersection crossway of roads I/12 and II/101 near Uvaly u Prahy. Actual shape of this crossway appears as incompatible, mainly because of problematic turning left from I/12 road, also because of turning left from lateral road II/101. The study also solves crossway of II/101 road with Pražská street. Three variants of a possible solution have been proposed, which should increase the capacity of the intersection, allow for smoother turning to the left and also improve the viewing conditions in this location.
Assessment of status of the watercourse in the basin of the Povodi Dyje

This thesis was aimed at assessing the capacity of the current state of the river Oslavany in the urban area Oslavany. Weighted section is located near the football field and a castle, which was built in 1225 and in case of passing 100 - year flood is the flood area. Assessment of the capacity of the stream was performed using the 1D mathematical program HEC- RAS in which based on oriented transverse profiles and beats in the field, the flow model was developed and assessed for the indi-vidual N-year flows. Based on the results of the program HEC- RAS was conducted conceptual design of flood protection measures in the area of interest.
