Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Performance using Benchmarking Approach

This diploma thesis focuses on an evaluation of a performance of a chosen company based on benchmarking with competing companies. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first part, the issue is analyzed from a theoretical point of view. In the next chapter, the company THK RHYTHM AUTOMOTIVE CZECH a.s. is introduced, and strategic analysis is performed. The fourth chapter deals with the benchmarking and the final evaluation with SWOT analysis. The last part of the thesis deals with proposals and measures to improve the financial and business situation of the company.

Návrh marketingové strategie pro vybraný "event"

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current marketing strategy of the event „Týden kávy“. The aim of this work is to improve current marketing strategy and to design new marketing strategy for the event Týden kávy 2019. The work consists of three parts, first one is literature review, next one is analytical part and the last one is the design part. In the first part of this thesis theoretical knowledge of researched isssue is described. Analytical part consists of detailed analysis of its internal and external surroundings. Subsequently primary data collection was conducted by data collection using questionnaires. Based on the results, weak spots were revealed and removed by new marketing strategy.

Návrh marketingové strategie pro ovocná piva pivovaru Rebel

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current marketing strategy brewery Rebel in Havlíčkův Brod. The aim of this work is a proposal to improve marketing strategy and marketing mix. The first part is literature review, which contains all the theoretical knowledge of the researched problem. The second part is the design part. In the design part is first introduced brewery Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod a. s. Its history and present situation. The following is a detailed situational analysis. Subsequently was conducted primary data collection using questionnaires. Based on these analyzes and the results of the questionnaire were found trouble spots that were removed by a new marketing strategy.

The goal of the thesis is to develop a business model, which will lead to growth of Touch Art developer studio. The focus areas are: improving societal and customer education, creating value networks and leadership development. With these focuses in mind, thesis contains analysis of the environment in which the studio is present, introduction to development topic, clarifying goals and visions, as well as marketing, internal factors and field analyses. The output of this thesis is structured steps and their evaluation, which the development studio needs to undergo to ensure stronger market position.

Use of Controlling at a Company

This master thesis deals with the analysis of current system of control and state of control in company PREMO Ltd. The SWOT analysis is processed in strategic planning, followed by Porter's Five Forces Model. To assess the economic situation there are selected indicators used of operational planning for the last 3 years, then evaluate the processes of Marketing and Sales and Altman Index and Du Pont Analysis. The result of controlling will be the implementation of the controller, defining his obligations and responsibilities. The second proposal is dealt with improving the internal processing of information using the reporting.
