Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient with inflammatory polyneuropathy Objectives: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of study reports of patients diagnosed with inflammatory polyneropathy. Methods: Thesis is divided into two parts - general and specific section. The general section includes professional information about polyneuropathy, dividing of polyneuropathy, clinical picture of patients, treatment a physiotherapy. Specific part of the thesis contain case study and rehabilitation plan. The case study was prepared at the time of practise from January 2 to January 27 2017 at the rehabilitation department in Hospital Kladno. Evaluation of selected postural stability parameters of diabetic patients

Title: Evaluation of selected postural stability parameters of diabetic patients Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to describe the level of postural stability using the selected parameters in diabetes mellitus type 2 and to try to find a relationship between the severity of disease. We also want to compare the level of postural stability for such an illness with respect to the values of selected parameters of the healthy population. Methods: It is a descriptive study. The theoretical part was the basis of the processing problems of diabetes mellitus, with a focus on neuropathy. After that we evaluate data of selected parameters of postural stability in diabetes mellitus type 2. The second part involves the experiment, which refers to the evaluation of this issue in terms of posturographic analysis. A group of 30 type 2 diabetic patients were divided according to their diabetologist disease severity into 4 groups. A control group of healthy subjects included a sample of 7 probands. The patient group was composed of 18 men and 12 women, whose average age was 62.63 ± 15.55 years, average weight 91.17 ± 19.97 kg, who were subjected to measurement using a pressure plate FootScan (RScan International, Belgium). Title: Case study of physiotherapy care for patients with Subacute sensomotoric axonal polyneuropathy . Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of study reports of patients diagnosed with Subacute sensomotoric axonal polyneuropathy. Abstract: This thesis is dividend into two main parts - general and special section. The general part includes anatomical and neurophysiological aspects of CIP characterized by its brief history, treatment, diagnosis, and precipitating factors. The special part is devoted to a case study and rehabilitation plan for the patient. The summary of the theoretical knowledge and the main goal of therapy was the recovery of a patient into a state most simile to full health. The case study was prepared at the time of practice from January 22nd to February 4th 2011 at the neurology department at the district hospital in Kladno a.s. Title Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient with a diagnose of Guillain - Barré syndrom. Summary This bachelor thesis was elaborated during my continuous practice at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic from January 28th to February 22nd of 2013. The thesis is divided into two main components: general and special. The general component contains theoretical findings about Guillain - Barré Syndrome disease and all its subtypes. The special component consists of a detailed elaboration of a case report involving a Guillain-Barré Syndrome disease patient. This case study includes an initial kinesiology examination in which basis targets and therapy process have been set, and a description of the applied therapeutic methods followed by a final kinesiology examination after which the effect of the described therapy was evaluated. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and the processing of case study of patient diagnosed with polyneuropathy. Summary: The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part includes the elucidation of illness polyneuropathy, classification, diagnosis and treatment. A special section is devoted to case study with a rehabilitation plan for the patient. The therapy was focused mainly at influencing the pathological sensation, improving fitness and stability when standing and walking. Case study was prepared at the time of practice from 08. 01. to 17. 01. 2013 at the neurology department of the Hospital Na Bulovce. Vojta's reflex locomotion in hereditary polyneuropathies

CMT disease is the most frequently type of the hereditary polyneuropathy. In the Czech republic are some 2 - 4 thousand people with this disease. Clinical picture is characterized by deterioration peripheralnerves, that faces to muscular atrophy and mobility disorders. Lower limbs are affected early than upper limbs. On the lower extremitywe observe typical deformity progress - pes cavus. Fingers on the hand are in claw position. The disturbed peripheral nerves and foot deformity affect balance, movement and stability.
