The Improvement of Efficiency of the Information Centre

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current range of selected information centres and propose guidelines for streamlining their performance. Selected information centres in medium and large cities are analyzed and evaluated on the basis of the survey and observation. Recommendations for optimal streamlining of information value are also provided. At the end of the practical part suggestions are set for practice and other business benefits are set.

In the first part of my Bachelor thesis I describe taxes which influence business entities in the Czech Republic. In the second one I deal with the development of the Czech tax system from the business entities' point of view and with the comparison of the tax burden of business entities in the Czech Republic and in other states around the world.

Tax Optimalization of The Business Subject

Market economy makes heavy demands on enterprises. They must achieve best possible results. Legal entities' tax optimization is an important implement of business finance enabling to minimize tax liability through various deductible items, admissible tax cost and tax deductions. Using the possibilities of tax optimization, which are set by law, enterprises can reach excellent economic result. My thesis looks into the possibilities of tax optimization and their combinations. Moreover, their detailed calculations demonstrate their impact on tax liability.

Možnosti čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů EU podnikatelskými subjekty

Obsahem práce je vytvoření nejen uceleného obrazu fungování regionální politiky ČR v souvislosti se strukturální politikou EU, ale i popsání možností získat finance z fondů EU. Nejprve jsou z obecného pohledu charakterizovány jednotlivé nástroje, principy a cíle uplatňované při uskutečňování strukturální politiky.Následně jsou uvedeny konkrétní možnosti využití finančních prostředků z EU z pohledu českého podnikatele.Pozornost je soustředěna na operační program průmysl a podnikání.Stěžejní částí práce je dotazníkové šetření provedené jak v ČR, tak v Irsku, jakožto země s výbornými zkušenostmi v čerpání prostředků z fondů EU.Vyhodnocené výsledky jsou pak použity pro stanovení takových návrhů řešení, vedoucích k efektivnějšímu čerpání finančních prostředků z EU českými podnikateli.
