Attention to employees in chosen company

Aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the level of attention to employees in chosen company, for that I used a questionnaire destined to employees of one of the concerns, furthermore interviews with chosen employees and collective agreement. Further aim was to discover whether the company is able to uphold its place in the Employer of the year contest, which it has won in past years. After having analyzed the questionnaires it is possible to say the company is perceived mostly positively by the employees. Having studied the collective agreement leads to the conclusion that the company tries to take care of its employees beyond the law-abiding responsibilities, however there are still few weaknesses which the company can work on in the future.

Analysis of Care for Employees in an Energetic Group

Goal of my bachelor's thesis is to analyse and evaluate employees' care system in an energetic group using SWOT analysis and suggest measures to improve system efficiency. As a result of extensive research of employees' services system, it was determined to be well arranged, fair and highly developed; however there is room for efficiency improvement of the system and/or extension of present employees' services. Despite of key services weak points, such as administration complexity and a lack of prime employee parking, this group is an ideal business unit with lots of future opportunities.

Care of employees in the company Roctech, Ltd.

This Master's thesis is focused on care of employees in the company Rocktech, Ltd. The aim of my study was to find out whether the care of emplyees in this company is sufficient or not. For the identified deficiencies there have been proposed optimal solution. The level of care of employees in this company was assessed by survey, concretely by questionnaire and interviews with employees. At the end of the study the evaluation of the results was done as well as the proposal of recommandations to improve the actual situation.

Care for the employees in Lázně Poděbrady

This bachelors thesis deals with care for the employees. The first part focuses on theoretical description of activities dealing with this area and some related legal rules. The second practical part describes and evalutes execution of these activities in the company Lázně Poděbrady and contains proposals for improvement. Results of the employees' satisfaction with working environment survey are presented at the end.
