The main purpose of this bachelor thesis Design of strategic alternatives for family guesthouse is to streamline operation of family guesthouse (FG). Approximation the current economic and marketing situation RP definition identify the status quo. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theory related to doing business in this area and analyzes the performance of the FG 7P, PESTE and SWOT. In the following practical part based on these analyzes applied to FG is built up recommendations for improving the efficiency of the FG. One recommendation is to expand the menu for two more meals. This strategy should lead to higher customer satisfaction and preference visits FG ahead of the competition.

This bachelor's thesis dealt with the design of a fictitious flower studio, including its establishment, description, name, and creation of its 3D model to propose the spatial arrangement of elements within it. As part of the work, the "Barvinok" flower studio was created with an area of 59 m2. The area was divided into five rooms, specifically a sales area, storage area, social room, auxiliary space, and cooling unit. An integral part of the thesis was the creation of a website with the offered services of the flower studio, including examples of their own floral works.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with communication strategy of wine tourism services in the South Moravian region. Its aim was to propose communication strategy for wineries entering the wine tourism services market. The strategy will also be suitable for smaller existing winemakers who would like to bring more exposure to their wineries. This work was drawn up on the basis of primary data obtained from winery representatives and winemakers, but also from wine consumers. This data served as a basis for the analysis of the marketing and communication mix. It was found that the most effective is the promotion through personal sales, public relations, that is, recommendations and communication on social networks. At the end of the work, a proposal for a communication strategy with a recommendation for wineries entering the wine tourism services market was prepared.

This bachelor thesis, called "Proposal of marketing strategy for family pension Krispenkeller", focuses on analyzing of current stage of marketing plan and suggestion for marketing strategy. First part contains theoretical interpretation of marketing in general and important marketing definition. Second part of this thesis presents basics information about family pension Krispenkeller and analyses current marketing situation. SWOT and SLEPT analysis had been used to analyze the current stage of pension. The last part of bachelor thesis gives a proposal for improving the efficiency of marketing strategy and increasing attendance.

The main subject in this bachelor thesis is the creation of the marketing strategy and the suggestion how to realize this strategy in practice for selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts - literary search and the own work. Lite-rary search contains theoretical knowledge needed for understanding issues, which relates to the process of the creation of the marketing strategy. This theory is in the own work applied in practice for the company named Profilox s.r.o. and its shops selling pet supplies and live animals named Hobby ZOO. There is also described marketing mix and segments and performed the environment analyzes by which is the SWOT matrix created. The specific marketing strategy is then deri-ved from that SWOT matrix. This marketing strategy should the company follow to increase the number of customers of The Hobby ZOO to generate a higher company's profit and to fix a position at the market.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on restaurant Stará prádelna, located near the Veveří castle in Brno. The first part defines all the necessary concepts in order to understand the issue. Furthermore, in the second part the company itself is characterized and several analyses of the internal and external environment are performed, such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing mix and also a comparison to competition. The thesis also contains a questionnaire survey among existing and potential customers. Based on these analyses a marketing strategy is proposed.
