Evaluation of the need for implementation of the KoPU in terms of land accessibility in selected areas

This diploma thesis describes the change that took place within the land adjustment in connection with the provision to access to the land. The subject of the research was the road network, especially the purposeful communications. In this diploma thesis they were represented by road II. and III. classes, local roads and purposeful roads. Most of the research dealt with field roads, because they are most affected by landscaping. The results of the work are presented both in text form and in graphic form. All processing of the work took place using the ArcGIS program.

Návrh plánu společných zařízení ve zvolené lokalitě

The diploma thesis focuses on the elaboration of a plan of common facilities for complex landscaping in the selected cadastral area of Bzí near Dolní Bukovsko. The diploma thesis contains a description and subsequent evaluation of the selected area which is needed for the implementation of the plan of common facilities. It includes anti-erosion measures to protect agricultural land resources, measures to make land accessible, water management measures and measures for protection and creation of the environment. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of a literature research which characterizes landscaping such as its form, objectives and subject. The second part of the literature research is focused on the plan of common facilities. The practical part focuses on the proposal of individual measures in the plan of common facilities.

Posouzení faktorů ovlivňujících kvalitu provedené údržby ploch kolem elektrických ohradníků

In this thesis called "Assessment of factors influencing quality of performed maintenance of areas around electric fences" design elements from the construction of electric fencing of pastures and the most frequently used methods of their maintenance are described.The purpose of this thesis is to provide basic information about the possibilities of construction, maintenance and maintaining the function of pasture fencing. A more detailed description is given to the individual elements of the grazing fencing construction that agricultural farms and companies most commonly use in common practice. In the thesis, there is a comprehensive overview of all the necessary elements for the construction of a fictitious fence of a land grazed by horses. A configurator by company Kamír&Co, spol. s.r.o. has been chosen. It accurately defined the required material for the construction. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the maintenance itself. Factors affecting the quality of maintenance of areas around fences done by selected agricultural machinery are described here. Measurements are performed in a varied terrain to obtain real results of work of individual machines and to compare the machines with each other. The possibilities of further modification of fenced areas are also considered here. The key element was minimizing workflow repetitions that are necessary for proper functioning of the fence. Especially focusing on the safety of grazed animals (horses, cows). Last but not least, I point out the insufficient maintenance of fencing with often seen examples. A simple explanation of what each of these examples may cause with regard to the safety of animals and humans. Subsequently financial and time side of things.

River regulation with regard to the flood protection and revitalization

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of a suitable variant for the millrace revitalization of the Chrudimka river and the construction of a flood protection park in the urban area of the town of Chrudim. Within the thesis, first the current state of the solved locality is described, then three variants of a possible solution are proposed with regard to the limits of the given area. From the proposed variants the most suitable one is selected, which, with its processing, follows on from the already revitalized stream in the adjacent park. The selected variant for the given area is elaborated in more detail. As part of the processing, a 1D hydraulic model is created, which is compared with the hydraulic model of the current state. The thesis can serve as a basis for a possible realization of such project.

Design of settlement structure of contemporary city in historical context.

The topic of this master‘s thesis was to create a settlement structure on the territory of the cadastral territory of the town of Náměšť nad Oslavou. Specifically in the southwestern part of the town, in the places of today's agricultural areas. The main goal of the thesis is to create a quality residential structure for the entire area, which will connect to the surrounding development, to create a center with urban amenities for this newly designed neighborhood. A key aspect of the design is the transport connection to the existing road network of the city and overcoming the barrier formed by the railway line. The proposed development responds to the current and future anticipated needs of the city. Taking into account the size, the proposed area is divided into three parts with regard to the time sequence and the nature of the development. From an urban point of view, the first phase builds on the existing network of streets and creates a transition between the original and the proposed development and proposes transport connections to the area. In the second and third phase, the remaining area of the proposed area is resolved, by a system of regular streets designed in places with a small slope of the terrain, connected by short streets with a higher slope. The master‘s thesis addresses the connection between the city and greenery, increases the attractiveness of the area by designing public facilities and services and works with visual axes from the existing housing and commercial development to the proposed location.

Současný model obytné krajiny – příměstská krajina pod tlakem urbanizačních trendů

Research on this topic is based on the analysis and field research of the interface between continuous housing development and the open landscape. The focus, within this suburban landscape is on the habitability in relation to the road network. The landscape, traditionally understood as “habitable”, was based on the relationship between the farmer and his land. This cultural landscape, associated with our image of a habitable landscape, has historically been interwoven with paths accompanied by resting places. The paper chooses two important pilgrimage routes in the suburban landscape of Prague as a case study and tries to trace how they currently contribute / do not contribute to the habitability. They have been selected because of significant changes that have occurred – in the compositional and functional level (which the text deals with) and in the semantic level. Over time, there was a transformation from a continuous pilgrimage path into today’s fragments without the possibility to stop. Also affected is the cultural landscape and its habitability. The text is a part of the research that focuses on the habitability of the landscape in detail in its road network.

Metodika péče o umělecky ztvárněnou kulturní krajinu

Cílem metodiky je vytvořeni souborného návodu využitelného při komplexní péči o umělecky ztvárněnou kulturní krajinu za využití aktuálně platné národní legislativy a mezinárodních dokumentů. Metodika je strukturovaná do sedmi kapitol, z nichž některé jsou dále členěny do podkapitol. Na vstupní údaje navazuje obecný úvod vymezující řešenou problematiku. Jádro dokumentu představuje kapitola „Doporučené postupy“. Jednotlivé kapitoly pojednávají o identifikaci kompozice umělecky ztvárněné kulturní krajiny včetně stanovení aktuálních hodnot těchto krajin. Proces péče o toto kulturní dědictví je zasazen do kontextu územního plánování. Zmíněn je fyzický proces obnovy a údržby umělecky ztvárněné kulturní krajiny ve vazbě na již vydané metodické materiály. Následuje důvodová zprava k metodice, závěr a závěrečné kapitoly věnované literárním zdrojům.

Baroque landscaping. Comparing the Schlicksʼ and Saxe-Lauenburgsʼ attitude

Studying the early modern landscape during the baroque period was often linked to some kind of idealization of the relationship between the pre-modern man and the landscape they lived in. On the example of the 17 Saxe-Lauenburg manor districts I pointed out that the approach to the landscape used to be more functional and pragmatic than the existing literature assumed. The aristocratic representation and power legitimization was historically emphasised by building the landscape after the Thirty Years' War as well the dominancy of Catholicism. Comparing activities of the Saxe-Lauenburgs with the Schlick family and their exceptional composed landscape around Kopidlno, Staré Hrady and Veliš some common and particular trends in the making of landscape became apparent.

Protierozní opatření určená ke zvýšení ekologické stability krajiny

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of detailed literary research concerning the individual technical and organizational anti-erosion measures applicable in landscaping projects. The second part is devoted to the evaluation of the Bukovský brook and subsequently the design of anti-erosion measures. The last part of the thesis evaluates the changes of the river basin. Theoretical approaches have been verified at the concerned location.
