The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive assessment of inter-municipal cooperation in the administrative district of Kuřim municipality with extended powers through the project Municipalities for themselves. The thesis deals with the historical development of settlement structures and public administration in the Czech Republic. It describes various forms of inter-municipal cooperation and - in its research section - analyzes the interviews with local officials of the administrative district obtained on basis of a semi-standardized research. The research proved that the inter-municipal cooperation is rather informal, its potential in the area is not fully developed and the project did not bring about substantial changes in this respect. Thanks to considerable amount of information gathered, the thesis subsequently evaluates the effectiveness of the project in the administrative district and addresses the question of whether the set goals were successfully achieved.

Analýza systému nakládání s odpadem ve městě Kuřimi

Diploma thesis deals with analysis of the waste management system in the city of Kuřim. The first part defines the basic concepts regulated in applicable laws in the area of Czech Republic waste management and regulations in the city of Kuřim. The second part describes the history and characteristics of the city Kuřim, composition and type of waste in relation to geographic and urban design of the territory. The following describes and uses methods of analysis for the evaluation of the existing waste management system in the Kuřim. The last part is devoted to the evaluation of the current waste management system and proposals for its improvement using data and information from analyzes.

Using quantitative and cluster analysis this work evaluates demographic trends in the surveyed municipalities, their socioeconomic structure, the availability and capacity of public services. It also includes a prediction of the future population development.

Traffic flow microsimulation in line management.

The main task of this thesis is to verify the line management of traffic. A microsimulation model of traffic was made in program for traffic simulation called Aimsun. The data from radar measuring have been processed and then put into the model. Some of parameters in model were adapted to meet the reality on the road. Finally, there have been suggested more suggestions in this model and the efficiency of the solutions was evaluated.

This crossroad is located near by city Kuřim and it has free branchs – II/386 connecting on theroad I/43.Thisinterchangesolvesconnectionfromthaplanned bypass of the city Kuřim. This by-pass road will connect to road R43. An precondition preservativ of the existing road I/43 in the current position to get drawing of the innterchasecheaper. Intersection is designed to enable branching in all directions crossing.

Study of Grade Separated Junction "Kuřim" on Motorway R43

This thesis processes a study of grade separated junction „Kuřim“ on expressway R43. The aim of this thesis is to find the solution of connection road II/385 and planned R43 expressway. The interchange is located between the cities Kuřim and Čebín. Construction of northern bypass of Kuřim and usage of this bypass as a connection between R43 and Brno city, before whole R43 is build, is the assumption of this thesis. Thats why solution of the junction forsees the construction and operation in two phases.

The Use Optimization of Kuřim Chateau

The study deals with the reconstruction of a suitable functional use of the castle in Kuřim. It is currently used primarily as a training facility with other plants - gallery, a café and accommodation. The proposal takes account of these operations, the arrangement Available with trying to meet today's requirements for operation. Architectural design highlights the architectural value of the castle and offers a decent use of this monument.

Microsimulation model of the road II/385 in Kuřim

Bachelor thesis solves several issues of traffic solution with using microsimulation of traffic flow. Traffic dates, which were obtained during the fielding, were used for creating model of existing state in Aimsun. This simulation is supposed to be as close to reality as possible. Several solutions were suggested and the most effective was chosen.
