The bachelor thesis is concerning with the financing of the investment activities of municipalities. In thesis are described the possible sources of financing including the grant programs of the European Union and Czech Republic. Also there is presented the specific construction contract of the municipality and its financing. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this concrete project and its ways of financing.

My graduation theses is analyzing questions of project funding from EU financial resources, cofinancing projects form commercial banks products and is also dealing with process of applying of financial resources from EU funds. First part is dealing with theoretical informations connected to EU funds. Main part is describing and analyzing single possibilities of financing projects form EU funds. This part is describing commercial banks products, which can be used to cofinancing of projects as well. In final part am trying to create transparent and practical guide book for entrepreneur through EU funds.

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is collecting of all necessary information to obtain grant from European funds. In Theoretical part are shown this European funds, from which is possible to realize the grants. In the next parts is mentioned theoretical issue of the projects. Practical part is considering analysis of problems and describes present situation. And, also shows adjustment and processing the project. This part is closed with Request of grant.

Financial Evaluation of Construction Project from Aspect of Investor

The aim of this paper is to approach possibility of financing investment construction project from perspective of smaller public investor – the village. As part of this work will be evaluated and assessed the possibility of financial acquisition of project Complex revitalization of center Cechy pod Kosirem in specific ways of financing and also demonstrates advantages of implementation of co-financing mainly from grants of the European Union. Further focuses on the proposed acquisition of subsidies from structural funds as an external source of financing of construction project.

The bachelor thesis describes the financing of investment activities in municipalities. It deals with the public administration of the Czech Republic, possible resources of financing, including grant programs of the Czech Republic and the European Union. It analyzes the financial situation of a particular municipality. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the investment project in the municipality, its financing and analysis of another possible way.
