The goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate company Le Montmartre located in London to know the value of the company when Le Montmartre will be contained from four food shops. It is important to know the value of the company because Le Montmartre business development will take a lot of owner's energy and personal time, so the future value of the business will be a good motivation for him.. This diploma thesis is divided into 2 sections, theoretical and practical. Practical part involved company's introduction, product portfolio, strategic analysis and finance analysis. Company was evaluated by Free cash flow to firm within two phases. Le Montmartre is analysed and evaluated like two separated entities. Le Montmartre is a patisserie and boulangerie and Le Montmartre as a catering company. The value of Le Montmartre as patisserie and boulangerie is estimated on 2 675 295 pounds and Le Montmartre as catering company on 3 739 700 pounds. Company was evaluated on 31.12.2011 in real prices.
The Valuation of the pharmaceutical company Ferring-Léčiva, a.s

The thesis deals with the valuation of the Ferring-Léčiva, a.s.. The estimated value of the company refers to April 1, 2012. Financial analysis of the company, analysis of the macroeconomic environment and industry analysis are applied in the process of valuation. The methods which are applied for the company valuation are free cash flow to the firm and free cash flow to the equity. Both methods are applied with two-stage model. After delivery of the statement of the enterprise value the attention is focused on the comparison with the method based on the accounting property of the company which is based on difference of the total assets and liabilities of the firm.
The Impact of Information and Time on Company Value

The aim of this thesis is to discuss the issues of real-world company valuation. For this purposes a valuation of Shell Czech Republic a.s. in period from 1/1/2010 to 1/5/2012 is provided to inform a potential exogenous investor, who has no access to insider information. The valuation is based on yield methods built on present value of future cash-flows. These methods are FCFF (Free Cash-Flow to the Firm), FCFE (Free Cash-Flow to the Equity), DDM (Dividend Discount Model) or a method of flows connected to EVA (Economic Value Added). Analysis shows the future growth potential and discount rates have the main influence on the company value.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to determine value of the company ELSO INDUSTRIAL, spol. s r.o. as of November 30, 2010 for the owners of the company. The theoretical part describes the methods, procedures and calculations related to valuation of companies. Introduction of the practical part is devoted to presentation of the company. Followed by the strategic analysis, that is crucial for the prognosis of sales of the evaluated company. In addition, financial analysis, which result is evaluation of financial health of the firm. On the basis of analysis results is determined the forecast value of the generators and financial plan. The valuation of the company based on the method of discounted free cash-flow to the equity (FCFE) is done in the final section of this thesis. The Book value method is used as a control method.
The specifics and problems associated with a bank stock valuation

The principal aim of the thesis is to suggest a follow-up procedure for a bank's stock valuation for investors and to help them make a decision about the prospects of buying or selling bank shares. The particular strategic and fundamental factors influencing the intrinsic value of a bank are described in detail. Special attention is paid to determining the intrinsic value of the banks' brand. An example of particular methods of determining the intrinsic value of a bank's stock is given in the last chapter where the intrinsic value of the biggest Russian bank Sberbank Rossii is calculated with a decision at the end on whether the market pricing is correct.

The aim of this diploma work is the determination of the value Metrostav a.s. to date 1. October 2009 by using discounted cash flows. The Value of this company it might serve the owners if they want to sell shares of unspecified buyer. Diploma work is divided to the next parts: strategic analysis, financial analysis,financial plan and the value determination of the company Metrostav. Based on the research of each of the above analysis I have concluded that the firm has a yield potential is attractive and the resulting value is greater than the balance total assets to the date of valuation.
The valuation of „PEGAS NONWOVENS SA“ company

The aim of the thesis is to determine the intrinsic value of the shares of Pegas Nonwovens SA,which is traded in the SPAD on the Prague Stock Exchange. The work begins by analyzing the causes of fluctuations in share prices and trying to capture the causes of these price fluctuations. The relationship between stock index and stock Pegas in long term helps to detect beta coefficient, which is used o calculate the cost of equity. In determining the intrinsic value of shares it is proceeded in five steps. First, it is characterized the macro and micro enviroment, in which the company operates. Subsequently, from the financial statements I tried to assess main trends through analysis of standard ratios and on the basis of that I defined the so-called "value drivers". All these collected data gave me presumption for most likely prognosis of development, i.e. business plan, which is quantified via pro forma financial statements. The fourth step was to calculate free cash flow to shareholders (FCFE) and in the final step it was discounted to find out the present value of equity/one share.
Evaluation of a small company

This thesis is focus on evaluation of the equity of the small company which is a producer of cosmetic. In theoretical part the procedure and methodic of evaluation are described. In the practical part the evaluated company is introduced and the strategic and financial analysis is made. Based on the result of the analysis the finical plan is drawn. As the bases method for evaluation I used the method of discounted free cash-flow to the equity (FCFE). Lastly I carried out a sensitivity analysis.

Hilti, Ltd. - Company valuation

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company Hilti, Ltd. and carry out its valuation for a potential investor. The resulting's valuation is designed for the broadest investment community. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part acquaint the reader with the basic theoretical framework for valuation and the basic concepts and it is explained to select the method of discounting free cash flow for the owners and creditors as of the methods for the valuation. The practical part is, after a brief presentation given to strategic analysis, financial analysis and the establishment of a financial plan. The financial plan was drawn up for the period 2007-2010. Essential pillar for the valuation is the determination of discount rates. That is taken in detail in the next step, and we set it using a weighted average cost of capital. The cost of equity, we have identified using the CAPM. Followed by the actual valuation and the final statement of the value of the company Hilti, Ltd.
