Consumer culture of social classes in terms of food purchasing and consumption habits Monika Novotná Abstract This work deals with historical and sociological view on the issue of grocery obtaining and consumption between the end of World War II to the present. Grocery obtaining and consumption is understood as a symbolic expression of social status in society. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical-historical part examines how food consumption is linked to changes of social stratification. Research part of thesis builds on the theme of food consumption by examining the shopping habits in relation to social class. The main question of theoretical-historical part is whether and how food consumption, relates to social differentiation. Trend of convergence of differences in consumption and rate of consumption stratification of social classes are monitored in time series in two eras - the communist period and the period after 1989. For both periods, a secondary analysis of historical data on the consumption of specific types of food that aims to detect differences or similar trends between social classes. The determination of the taxation at alternative solutions of purchasing a property

This thesis is focused on tax issue, witch relates to real property trading. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the basic terms and deal with individual tax, which is related to the mentioned tax. In the context of the thesis will be compared to the tax burden for selected model situations that may arise in the sale, purchase or lease of real property. This load will be examined from the point of view of physical persons, to self-employed persons and also legal persons.

Simulations of the Tax Burden Development in the Real Estate Business

The thesis is focused on the simulation of the tax burden in the real estate business. The first part is devoted to the theory that describes the various taxes associated with this trade and their evolution. In the second part is simulated evolution of the tax burden and the tax burden is calculated for the year 2013 from the perspective of the seller, the buyer or tenant. This calculation is then divided according to whether the seller, buyer or lessor natural person, legal person or self-employed. At the end of the work are given further opportunities to acquire property and related taxes.

Design of 22 kV Cable Network in the Existing Complex of Faculty Hospital

This thesis describes the reconstruction network 10 kV HV networks in a teaching hospital in the transition to a new 22 kV voltage level according to valid regulations. The paper describes the current state of technological equipment and its gradual replacement with new technology at 22 kV voltage level in each power units so as not to limit the operation of the hospital. For this purpose, the new backup system for rotating spare resources. The thesis deals with new input distribution, which will serve as a transfer point between the customer and distributor of electricity as well as advance the existing technological equipment.
Purchase contract

The topic of thesis is the purchase contract. The goal was to give its complete description, as it´s the most common type of contract, and to address everything that is related to this topic. The partial goal was to compare the civil and commercial legislation concerning the purchase agreement as well as taking into account the new Civil Code. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. However, by definition it is clear that these two parts are interconnected and the whole work represents a complex text. The focus of the analysis is placed on a sample purchase contract. Individual provisions of the sample purchase contract are supplemented by commentary, which includes suggestions and recommendations as well as personal opinions de lege ferenda.
The Ethical Aspects in the Business, the Supply and the Demand Relation

The work deals with the comparison of the demand and the supply and also with their relation. First part is focused on the terminology, second on the supply description, third on the demand description and finally the fourth part deals with mutual interrelationship. The goal is to show the good or bad moral behavior and to point to the right way how to reach the best possible overall business strategy.
