Bachelor´s thesis contains the proposals for organizing a football camp, the necessary staffing, programming, financial security and economic evaluation of the proposal to organize a football camp.

The main goal of this thesis is a building societies bussiness plan analysis, strategy suggestion and comparison of realization options of suggested strategy. The comparison is going to be done from economical, jurisdictional and taxative points of view. Dissertation will contribute to create theoretical basis for enterprises, which are dealing with basic analysis of bussiness plan, and then the contribution will contain upcoming strategies, especially in practical part of the thesis. This practical part may greatly help to eneterprises with recent bussiness plan.

The topic of my bachelor thesis „Bussiness plan for establish a new company“ contatains decription of datailed theorethical and practical steps to bussiness plan elaboration, whose goal is to open a fitness center. The theoretical part provides a professional explanation of the terms, which the bachelor's thesis further discusses. The practical part is focused on the elaboration and evaluation of own business plan, which is based on a PEST and SWOT analysis, a questionnaire survey and the compilation of a detailed financial plan. At the end of the thesis constitutes an evaluation whether the elaboration business plan is feasible in practice or not.

Title: The bussines plan for building a climbing centre in Velim Objectives: The main objective of the Bachelor thesis is to make a bussines plan for building a climbing center in Velim. The theoretical part will summarize and describe the theoretical basis for the practical part. In the practical part, I will first determine profitability from an entrepreneurial perspective in terms of costs and anticipated revenues. The first partial objective is to create individual analysis, especially analysis of competition, whereas the second partial objective is implementation of the project into the non-profit sector. Part of this objective will be the creation of a climbing club. Methods: For the theoretical analysis of the work, descriprive analysis of all sources was used. For the practical part, I used descriptive analysis of basic concepts as well as SWOT, PEST and competition analysis. It was necessary to find a suitable location and create a business plan. I also contacted the owners of some clombing centres to learn more about fundings they received, their legal forms of the business, and average visitor traffic. This bachelor thesis deals with the description of preparatory and implementation phase of the investment project. In the theoretical part used and traditional approaches for the suitable implementation selection are described. The author also evaluates the efficiency of the given investment and the selection of the financial resources. In the practical part the author depicts the description of the methods which are used in practice for the evaluation of the real company's investment.
