This bachelor´s thesis called Source analysis of financing of selected investment in the municipality is focused on possibilities which can be used for financing the selected investment. This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines and divides investments and then describes the financial resources that can be used for financing public investment. The practical part discusses the possibilities of financing specific investment in the municipality. The selected investment is a new building of kindergarten in the township of Drásov. The goal of this thesis is to find and elaborate all available financial resources and then to choose the optimal variant of financing.
Financial Assurance of Investment Project in Public Sector

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to grasp a financial assurance of projects in the public sector. In its theoretical part the possibilities of financial assurance in the case of building contract in the public sector are described. This part also defines key terms used in this subject. The second part of the bachelor's thesis, the practical one, shows the financial assurance of the particular public investment project, which already has been realized; the practical case serves as an instance of application of theoretical opportunities described above in the practical realization.

The quarterly CNB survey of credit terms and conditions (Bank Lending Survey) captures banks’ perceptions about credit standards, terms and conditions for approving loans, and non-financial corporations’ and households’ demand for loans, including the main underlying factors. The third round of the survey, the results of which are summarised in this document, covers the evolution of the above aspects of the credit market from banks’ perspective in 2012 Q4 and banks’ expectations in these areas for 2013 Q1. The third round was conducted at the end of November. Eighteen banks, accounting for more than 90% of the bank credit market, took part in the survey.

Comparison of ways to purchases of fixed assets in the concrete corporation

The aim this work is to compare ways to purchase of fixed assets for the tax, accounting and financial aspects. The theoretical part of work is focussed on the definition and classification of fixed assets, on the valuation of tangible fixed assets at purchase and on the ways purchase of tangible fixed assets and their accounting. The practical part of work is focussed on the comparison of the ways to purchase of tangible fixed assets through their own funds, bank loan and financial leasing for tax, accounting and financial aspects.
Analysis of specific investment plans

This thesis aims to find an optimal method for the creation and evaluation of the investment and use this method in the analysis of a specific investment objective. Was chosen option to acquire an investment bank loan with 30% participation and recovery time of three, respectively. four years, finance lease with a 30% repayment of outstanding recovery time also with three, respectively. four years, own resources. Other variants were designed alternative to hiring a car transport and rental vehicles through operating leases. Based on the discounted cash flow is optimal variant chartered transport. Acquisition of investments (new vehicles) is disadvantageous for the company.
Corporate Financing and Acquisition

The work deals with the acquisition financing, introduced us to the definition of terms of acquisition, acquisition finance and corporate loans. The corporate loan is used as a standard here. The work describes the characteristics of acquisition and operational(corporate) funding, and practical part of these two types of loans compares to bring practical knowledge about the differences in the structure, objectives and purpose of the acquisition loan. All this comparison is done on a project specific company, that actually provide both bank corporate loans, acquisition loans and financing for MBO. The reader is familiar with a summary comparing the two products, both in terms of banks and from the perspective of the client. In conclusion, specific generalizations are brought and the knowledge that reader, who is interested in an acquisition loan can help with his decision-making process.
