The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of an effective construction-technological project for the construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated storage halls and halls of Ravensburger Karton s.r.o.. The solution of the chosen problem is the design of the building site equipment, the verification of the transport routes, the assembly schemes, the technological regulation and the control and test plan for the precast reinforced concrete frame, the BOZP plan, the budget item and the schedule of the main building, timetable, calculation timetable and environmental aspects of the construction.

The solution of the chosen problem is the design of the building site equipment, the verification of the transport routes of the key materials, the assembly schemes, the technological regulation and the control and test plan for the precast reinforced concrete frame, the BOZP plan, the comparison of the two versions of the installation in financial terms, the budget item and the schedule of the main building, timetable, calculation timetable and environmental aspects of the construction.

This thesis describes the building of a residential house called Rezidence Sochorova BD02 in Brno, Žabovřesky. The aim was the creation of the main parts of a constructional-technological project focused on the design of transport relations, the construction site facilities and its machinery, the creation of selected technological regulations and their control and testing plans. To secure safety and to protect health during the construction work itself, a risk plan and a suggestion of safety aids was created. In addition, an itemized budget of the construction, a time plan, environmental protection and a financial and time comparison of using a hopper in contrast to a concrete pump.

This bachelor’s thesis aims to clearly describe the technological stage of rough upper construction of production hall of the company Beton Brož s.r.o. in Otnice. The content reveals solution to supply parts for assembly and transportation to the site, equipment of construction zone, effective technologies, quality control of performed work, ensuring of safety and health profection at work, schedule and construction budget. The main effort is to suggest the proces of work in order to utilize benefits of the steel skeleton, particularly the speed of construction.

The topic of this diploma thesis deals with the solution of selected parts of building technology design of Scientific and Technical Park Triangl that is planned to be constructed in Uherske Hradiste. This complex of buildings will be used for civil, administrative and residential purposes. The thesis describes creation of foundation constructions, design of reinforced concrete frames, transportation of building materials and machinery to the building site. This thesis also contains a design and a technical report about facilities of the construction site, pre-defined mechanical assembly, control and test plans and the budgets and schedules of the construction work. Required applications to carry out the construction, suggestions for reinforcement of the foundation construction as well as financial costs are also included in the thesis.

The work contains a technical report of construction technology project, coordination situation of construction with wider links of transport routes, calculation of construction according to THU, time and financial plan of construction, study of main technological stages of building, construction site project, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, building, time schedule of the main building, technological regulation, control and test plan, environmental and safety risks with a plan of their specific solutions for the cladding of skeleton Kingspan panels. Part of the work is also an alternative design of internal partitions.

The bachelor thesis aids to describe the constructional and technological phase of the rough development of the Production and Assembly Hall of PRIMARC s.r.o. situated in Sudoměřice. The kontent of the thesis is the solid project’s technical report, the solution of logistics of the oversized transport, suggesting of the machine setup, the equipment of the construction zone, the technological method of prefabrication skeleton, the itemized budget, time schedule, the inspection and test plan and the site safety and health plan. In the attachment there are the assembly drawings of all components construction, the equipment of the construction zone, the drawings of point of interest for designed path, the logistics and safety markings, the inspection and test plan, time schedule and the itemized budget of the hall that is being constructed.
