Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient with spinal muscular atrophy. Summary: This thesis is devoted to the topic of spinal muscular atrophy, with the code of diagnosis G12.1. The general part summarizes the information and knowledge about this disease which I have drawn primarily from foreign literary sources with the earliest year of publication 1995. I focus on etiology of particular disease, clinical features of affected patients, the complications which are connected with this disease and treatment options. The second, special part of this project comprises a case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient with spinal muscular atrophy. Case report was created during month-long Bachelor's practice at the Centre of treatment of musculoskeletal system in Prague, Vysočany and lasted from 21. 1. to 15. 2. 2013. Case of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis

Title of bachelor's thesis: Case of physiotherapy care for patient diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis Objectives: The aim is to emphasize the use of physiotherapy as a part of comprehensive treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. The thesis includes a detailed casuistry of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The thesis is divided into a general part and a special part. The general part is focused on description of rheumatoid arthritis. It discusses characteristics of the disease and its division, clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, prognosis, psychological aspect, examination and treatment procedures. The Special part of the thesis presents a casuistry of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. It includes entry kinesiological analysis of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis, subsequent therapy and output kinesiological analysis. This casuistry was prepared at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague during the bachelor praxis in the period from 14th of January 2013 to 8th of February 2013 under the professional guidance of Eva Ištvánková. Title: Case of Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient with Diagnosis Elbow Joint Luxation with Abruption of Processus Coronoideus and Caput Radii Summary: The theme of bachelor thesis is a case of study of physiotherapy care of a patient with the diagnosis of the elbow joint luxation with the abruption of processus coronoideus and caput radii. The fall on the extended upper extremity usually precedes this injury. The basic goal of the theoretical part is to search processing of the diagnosis of the elbow joint luxation with the abruption of processus coronoideus and caput radii. The goal of the special part is processing of the case study of physiotherapy care of the patient with the diagnosis of elbow joint luxation with the abruption of processus coronoideus and caput radii using examination methods and therapeutic procedures, which fill the Curriculum of the bachelor degree programme in physiotherapy. The thesis is devided into two main parts. The general part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge to the diagnosis in terms of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as providing information about the shoulder examination. The thesis deals with the etiology, classification and therapy of the desease. Special section describes a detailed case report of a patient with a diagnosis of frozen shoulder syndrome. This section has been prepared on the basis of the work with the pacient during the special practise in the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in the period 21.1. -20. 2. 2013. Characteristics of Old-Age Drivers in Terms of Road Traffic Safety

The aim of this work is to evaluate current procedures and to refine assessment of impact connected to the drivers' age and traffic accidents. The theoretical part describes senior drivers, traffic accident rate of seniors and decreased ability to drive influenced by age. The practical part is case report of traffic accidents caused by senior drivers, measuring reaction time and the evaluation of these measurements. I have developed some proposals for seniors to prevent the risk of the occurrence of traffic accidents.

Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after arthroscopy stabilization of shoulder Summary: This bachelor's dissertation discusses a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after shoulder arthroscopy because of labral tears in glenohumeral articulation. In the first, theoretical, part, anatomic structures, kinesiology shoulder joint are described. Furthermore, the most common problems in the shoulder girdle, the possibility of solving these dificulties and also discussed physiotherapy approaches for patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy. In the second, special, part, a case report is described. It contains anamnesis, initial kinesiologic examination, course of the therapy, final kinesiologic examination and evaluation of the therapy. Title: Case study: Physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome The aim of this thesis was to make a research focused on the polytopic vertebral algic syndrome and the physiotherapy treatment of a patient with such diagnosis. In the theoretical part the topic was covered considering anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology, clinical symptoms, methods of treatment and subsequent therapy, focusing mainly on physiotherapy treatment possibilities. Lenka Satrapová Year of defense: 2012 Aim: The aim of this thesis is to summarize theoretical findings, application of the methodic of physiotherapy, process of the treatment and the observation its progression in patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions. Methods: The literature search and the case study of this issue were proceeded within the practical experience (from 9th January 2009 to 9th February 2009) in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague (Centre of Motor Apparatus Treatment). The first part of the work is concerned with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint (anatomy, biomechanics, medical imaging, traumatology and physiotherapeutic methods and examinations). The second part contains the case report which refers to the patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions, the treatment, the therapy and the pursuance of the curative effect. Results: The state of operated knee improved radically after the treatment, enhance of the muscle mass and its power is significant, augmentation of the knee joint range and normalization of the muscle tone is noticeable. The main objective is to point out on postoperative physiotherapy procedures. The second, special part includes detailed case study of patient after suture of the rotator cuff. This part was developed based on the work with the patient during the special practice in MediCentrum Praha in the period 16.01.2012 - 02.06.2012.
