Možnosti a problémy zachování venkovských sídel ve struktuře osídlení

Tato práce se zabývá především vymezením venkova v České republice, jeho charakteristikou, historickým vývojem, stylem života na venkově a především jeho sociálními aspekty, který je přeci jen odlišný od městského, i když se rozdíly pomalu stírají. Jsou zde zkoumány životní podmínky venkovského obyvatelstva a srovnány s podmínkami ve městech a nastíněny základní problémy, se kterými se venkov u nás potýká a souvislosti, které mají vliv na stabilizaci venkovského obyvatelstva a udržení ekonomické funkce vesnice. Po roce 1989 dochází k významné změně vlastnické struktury venkova a zemědělství, klesá zaměstnanost v zemědělské prvovýrobě, roste nezaměstnanost, mění se nabídka pracovních příležitostí i způsob života na venkově. Venkovská obec se stává relativně samostatným subjektem, a roste význam obecního zastupitelstva. Sociální struktura venkova je tvořena ekonomicky aktivním obyvatelstvem, mladými lidmi a především seniory, jejichž počet v poslední době poměrně výrazně roste. Předpokladem dlouhodobé perspektivy je možnost vhodného zaměstnání a dostupnost kvalitního vzdělání pro děti. Senioři zase potřebují přístupnou a kvalitní sociální a lékařskou péči. Informace, které jsou zde presentované, jsou čerpány především z výsledků výzkumů Sociologické laboratoře České zemědělské univerzity v Praze, která je zaměřena na sociologii venkova

Everyday spatial mobility of population in the region Kouřim: Analysis of selected processes and geographic conditionalities

This bachelor thesis is focused on the everyday spatial mobility of population in POU Kouřim region. Survey was conducted by questionnaire method in chosen households over the POU Kouřim region. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces us terms mobility and time-geography. We are introduced with issues of transformation of transport in Czech Republic after year 1989, with basic information about POU Kouřim region and with methodological bases. Results of survey were used to comparison between men's and women's transport behavior. Another researched issue was usage of means of transport in POU Kouřim area. Results of both these issues were compared with other available researches. In conclusion of thesis there are summarized results of focused issues.

Absolventi na trhu práce na Písecku

V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou objasněny některé pojmy bezprostředně souvisící s problematikou trhu práce, nezaměstnaností, politikou zaměstnanosti a vymezeny orgány působící v oblasti zaměstnanosti. Zvláštní kapitola je zaměřena na absolventy. Praktická část je uvedena charakteristikou okresu Písek, popsáním nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které nabízí Úřad práce v Písku absolventům. Dále jsou zde uvedena zjištění, jaké jsou problémy absolventů a bariéry jejich uplatnění na trhu práce na Písecku a jsou zpracovány analýzy nezaměstnanosti absolventů v okrese Písek. V závěrečné části jsou navržena některá řešení, která by mohla napomoci ke snížení či eliminaci problému nezaměstnanosti absolventů v tomto okrese.

Práce analyzuje vývoj korporativní daně v minulém desetiletí a její perspektivy v zemích EU. První kapitola se zabývá obsahovou analýzou technických charakteristik korporativní daně. S ohledem na problematickou podstatu této daně vymezuje jednotlivé problémové okruhy. Druhá kapitola objasňuje vývoj korporativní daně v EU v předchozím desetiletí a analyzuje problémy související s jednotným trhem EU a daňovou konkurencí. Závěr práce je věnován koordinačním a harmonizačním snahám EU v oblasti firemního zdanění.

The Development of Local Government in the Municipality of Podlesí

The thesis deals with the development of local government in the village of Podlesí. The village of Podlesí is situated in the Central Region, approximately two kilometers from the town of Pribram. On December 31, 2015, it had a population of 1 097 inhabitants. The main objektive of this study was to identify factors that influence the character of the local political process in the village of Podlesí. This is a case study that shows the development of the local political process here from 1990 to 2014. Working initially in the theory explains the concepts related to public administration, local authorities, the function of elections and electoral systems, municipal electoral systém and the local political process. The practical part describes the village of Podlesí. This description includes Podlesí´s history, its development of demographic characteristics and social amenities. After that an individual comparison of individual results of municipal elections from 1990 to 2014, personal interviews with local political figures and defined the character of local political processes in the village of Podlesí.

Práce vysvětluje mechanismy, pomocí nichž se opatření měnové politiky Evropské centrální banky dostávají do reálné ekonomiky a cenové hladiny. Objasňuje hlavní příčiny heterogenity působení jednotné měnové politiky v zemích Evropské měnové unie. Zaměřuje se na úrokový kanál transmisního mechanismu a vysvětluje jeho asymetrické působení v zemích eurozóny na základě odlišných strukturálních charakteristik národních finančních trhů a reálných ekonomik.

The Development of Local Government in the Municipality of Žíšov

This master thesis deals with the development issues of local authorities in Žíšov (South Bohemian region). The thesis is divided into 2 part - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the characterization of municipal administrative bodies, municipal electoral process and local partisanship. This part also deals with the characterization of typology of local partisanship systems according to Petra Jüptner and Václav Bubeníček, citizen participation of political life and splitting within communities. The practical part of this thesis describes the basic demographic characterization of Žíšov and its history at first.
Another researched part describes the problems of socioeconomic indicators of the village (Žíšov). The key part is the analysis of election period during 1994 - 2014 with detailed look into each year. The conclusion of this thesis is the nature of local politics.

Social and legal status of persons with health disabilities

The very thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis at the very beginning focused on the social history of people with certain disabilities. Continues thesis definition and characteristics of disability and its exact breakdown. The next chapter deals with the analysis of contemporary society in the area of discrimination against persons with disabilities and points to the possibility of employment in the labor market just people with disabilities. A relatively large part of the thesis is devoted to the concept of disability, then the conditions for entitlement to a disability pension and social benefits, especially for people with disabilities. The next part refers to various non-profit organizations Conclusion itself thesis is devoted to legislation related to social assistance to disabled persons. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey forms and personal interviews. The text part is supported by graphs, tables and streamline the survey results further illustrative photographs of people with disabilities.

Political Aspeckts of Local Government – Comunal Elections and Preferential Voting

The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part introduces and explains basic concepts of local politics, with detail characteristic of municipalities, municipal elections and preferential voting. This part is also concerned with research of local politics by published expert articles. This part is researched through the legislation and political expert literature.
The practical part is focused on demographicaland socioeconomical description of district Benešov. The main part of thesis is the analysis of the voting results in the local elections of the municipalities in the district Benešov in 2014, particularly the preferred votes of candidates aspiring to gain a political seat with a mandate .

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku obchodu a podnikání v Katalánsku. První část se zabývá charakteristikou katalánské ekonomiky a jejím srovnáním se španělskou ekonomikou jako celkem, druhá část pak specifikům, tradicím a zvykům v Katalánsku ovlivňujícím ekonomiku tohoto regionu. Třetí část je věnována problematice nezávislosti Katalánska, včetně legislativní podpory této snahy a čtvrtá část následně kombinuje předešlé poznatky a vyjadřuje jejich uplatnění v obchodním jednání s Katalánci. V závěru je uvedeno celkové shrnutí předchozích informací.
