Digitalization oriented in-store communication of perfume stores: Case study Notino

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is in-store marketing communication of perfumeries with the focus on a digitalization of stores, while it is a case study of the Notino company. The aim of the work was to find out visitors awareness of a given digitalization and how they perceive them from a user's point of view. At the same time, the usefulness of the technologies in the concept of the entire store is examined as well as how they support its operation. The thesis first theoretically defines the concept of "in-store marketing communication" and its main functions. Then there are presented modern trends and technologies related to marketing activities at the point of sale, along with cosmetics industry and its current trends. The next part of the work focuses on introduction of Notino and its stores. The research is carried out using a qualitative research method, more precisely individual interviews. The data, which were obtained from interviews with visitors as well as store employees are subsequently analyzed and interpreted. With the help of the data, the given branch is then presented in more detail together with the selected digitalizations.

Let's discover the past of progress with a virtual assistant

In my diploma thesis, I am looking for a way to awaken, maintain and deepen people's relationship with technical monuments in the cultural landscape, thereby increasing their chance of preserving them for future generations as evidence of the history of human ingenuity. I deal with the possibilities of connecting interpretation and education, or guides and teachers, at technical monuments with help of a virtual environment which is close to today's young generation. The goal of my work is to create such an interactive educational program/game focusing on technical monuments which will make the participants, through an application on a mobile phone or tablet, physically visit a technical monument, get to know it in its authentic environment and thus create a personal relationship with it. At the same time, in the role of the creator of this type of educational program, I also examine the environment, the conditions for the implementation of the plan, as well as the possibility of sharing game experiences, partial and overall results, including their own research, with other users. I am looking for a way to make heritage education "alive", developing and sustainable. The topic of this master’s thesis is design of a medical ultrasound diagnostic machine. The thesis focuses on a new perspective on composition and shaping of the ultrasound machine while respecting technical and ergonomic requirements. The goal of this thesis is addition of an aesthetic value and incorporation of new technologies so the product is able to compete on the current market.

The topic of diploma thesis is an ideological processing of a conception which will allow for a gradual transformation of a gardening colony to a place of primary living and improvement of pedestrian passages, because the area is inaccessible nowadays. The goal of this proposal is not a controlled and sudden change of the whole area it is the opposite of that, it leaves space for the autopoetic growth of the area. The proposal introduces new complementary functions in important points of the area, centres, from which not only the area of Židenický kopec will profit, but also other parts of the city of Brno. New functions respect the tradition of cultivation and gardening in the area, which is deeply rooted in this location and brings new forms of production of crops, thanks to which the districts of Židenice and Vinohrady can become more autonomous in the future. The focal point of the diploma project is a proposal of one of the chosen areas derived from urbanistic conception. The project of research centre with food production at the top of the Židenický kopec, which will become an “ecological lighthouse”, a new way of effective cultivation of crops using technology to obtain natural resources and improvement of sustainability of cities. Together with the gardening colony the research centre will allow the inhabitants of Židenice and Vinohrady an access to locally sourced food and will increase the awareness about many aspects of growth and the source of the food.

The content of this thesis is a complete design of the file backup strategy for the company named GrowJOB s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part contains the theoretical basis for the file backup issues. The practical part is focused on the file backup strategy design itself, including the data classification, guidelines, integration into the company’s organization structure, design of the backup processes and choice of the technologies regarding their total cost.
