Preparation of the implemantation of the rough superstructure of the office building Ypsilon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough top construction for the construction of an office building in the town of Šamorín. The construction system of the office building is a wall system, made of Porotherm blocks. The ceiling structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of the work is the preparation of a technological prescription for vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a technical report of the construction-technological project, a construction timetable for the specified technological stage, a site situation with broader transport relations, a construction organisation including a drawing of the site equipment, a budget for the rough top construction and an inspection and testing plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the site, occupational health and safety, the design of the machine assembly and a comparison of the design options for the horizontal structure.

Modernization of LV switchboards in meshed network in Brno

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a research on the topic of LV grid, its application and specifics of its operation and design in the first part. This part also describes the indicators of the quality of power supply, their impact on the distributor and the influence of the grid network on their form. In the practical part, for a specific investment action consisting in the renewal of LV switchboards in the grid node stations in Brno, a technical report is prepared, which will serve as a basis for the implementation of the renewal itself. Furthermore, the current development of the switchboards is evaluated and a solution is proposed for the reconstruction of the stations, including atypical ones.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of the realization project for the stage of the rough bottom construction of a residential building in Nitra. The subject of the work is the implementation of earthworks and rough substructure, which includes the implementation of piles, foundation slab, walls of the 1st floor and the ceiling above the 1st floor. The content of the work is the elaboration of a technical report focused on the stage of the rough substructure, the situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, the organization of construction for the stage of the rough substructure, the technological regulation for the realization of piles, the design of the machine assembly, the inspection and test plan for the earthworks and also for the realization of piles, the risks and their solutions in the framework of the safety on the construction site, the itemized budget, which includes the bill of quantities, and the timetable.

Technological stage of the upper rough construction of an apartment building in Brno

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building located in Brno in Sadová street. This thesis contains a technical report of the given technological stage, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources with a variant solution of the partition masonry, a drawing of the construction site equipment together with the technical report, timetables with a variant solution, a design of the machine assembly, an inspection and testing plan for the masonry stage and ensuring work safety. The last chapter of this work is the itemized budget for the variant solutions and selected construction details.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.
