This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of key factors that are present in the outsourcing relationship between a social enterprise and companies from the corporate environment. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that focuses on the definition of important and relevant concepts and a research part that contains a qualitative and quantitative analysis of this business relationship. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of a proposal for cooperation between a social enterprise and a company from the corporate environment. The proposal points out the most significant benefits for all stakeholders.

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the building and property management system in a selected company and also performs an assessment of the situation before and after implementation. The thesis summarizes the concepts of Facility Management, especially its history, the role of the Facility Manager, technical standards and benefits. Furthermore, the work is devoted specifically to the selected company, in which a proposal for the implementation of the system is created. The next part is the selected second company, where the Facility management system is already in place. Here is a proven analysis of the assessment of the state before and after implementation. At the end of the work there is a discussion about the benefit of Facility management system in both selected companies.

Obchod mezi EU a Indií: případová studie využití potenciálu indické ekonomiky

This bachelor thesis deals with trade between the EU and India, and focuses mainly on foreign direct investment and outsourcing. The thesis analyses the destination of India from a European point of view for FDI and outsourcing. Based on this analysis is evaluated whether India is a suitable country for these businesses. The thesis also identifies attractive sectors for FDI and outsourcing and afterward recommends Indian cities and states according to specific sectors. In the conclusion of this thesis is created a study case dealing with this issue.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find optimal solution meant as a cost reduction while effective maintenance is preserved. There will be compared the cost of network and servers maintenance in case of outsourcing (provided by external subject) or internally within the university. For an analysis, there will be used method of comparing cost, net present value method and SWOT analysis. Based on analysis results and their evaluation, there will be created suggestions for dealing with this issue and also quantified benefits of the thesis for the university.

This work deals with the competitive advantage, which outsourcing brings. The theoretical part deals with the essence of outsourcing, its positive and negative features. It describes the types of outsourcing motives leading to it and strategies, which help to achieve it. The practical part focuses on the comparison of insourcing and outsourcing of specific activities in the company and on the basis of this comparison makes proposals to the establishment. It assesses the risks as well as benefits, and proposes implementation of outsourcing in practice.
