Construction technological phase of roofing the building for social housing

The bachelor thesis is describing the constructional phase of roofing a building for a social housing. It deals with the design of the load-bearing structure, installation of roofing elements, laying of roof covering and other parts of the roof. The bachelor thesis consists of covering and summarizing technical report, site plan including its estate road layout, bill of quantitities, technological regulation of a stage and balance of resources. It also delivers organization of construction, equipment of the building site, time schedule, design of the roof assembly and qualitative requirements and safety of work. It also includes a new design of the roofing in the lowered slope of the roof plane.

The topic of this thesis is to design the new building of the house. The aim is to develop project documentation for building construction. The work includes studies, drawing and text. The new building is intanded for permanent housing four member family. The building is designed as a one-story house with partial basement. It is covered with a gable roof of wooden rafters, without the use of attic space. Part of the house is a garage for two cars. The house is made of brick blocks Porotherm, plan dimensions of the building are 27.5 x 10, 88 m. House is located on the still undeveloped land on gently sloping terrain.
Family business house

The main goal of this paper is to make project for realization of building according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for making constructions. Object of the project is a new building of house with establishment. Residential part of the house is designed for five-membered family. Establishment will be used as a massage salon. The house is detached in current housing development. It has two aboveground floors and it is cellarless. Roof construction of the second aboveground floor consists of gabled wooden trusses. Related establishment is roofed by single-coated flat roof. Object is determined for year-long occupation. Design documentation was realized using AutoCAD software.
Detached House with Office of Tax Advisor

Bachelors thesis deals with a design of a newly built detached house with office of tax advisor. The building is located in village Lhota u Lísku in Vysočina region. Detached house is designated for four family members, with one ground floor and an attic. Second building is a separated office, serving the owner of the house for his job. In its part is a garage for one personal vehicle and an attached carport for a second one. It is possible to rent the second building or rebuild it in the future. Both buildings are without cellar, roofs are both gabled with concrete roofing. Vertical constructions are designed as clay masonry, horizontal constructions as beams with clay blocks. Roof construction is wooden roof truss in the main house and wooden girders in the office building. Part of baechelors thesis is seminar paper dealing with check of selected details in terms of heat engineering.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is design of wooden family house. Building is designed as a single family house for family of four. The building is set into the sloping terrain and consists of two floors. One floor is partially under the terrain and is designed with the permanent shuttering DEK and with the Porotherm brick blocks. Ceiling above this floor is designed with the Porotherm ceiling system. Second floor is designed as a wooden house with the Novatop system. Ceiling above this floor is designed with the Novatop system. Vertical bearing structures are designed with contact insulation system. Roofis designed as a hipped roof with wooden truss girders. The drawings were processed in a computer program ArchiCad.
Reconstruction of cultural education centre

This master’s thesis deals with matters of interior acoustics. Within the scope of the thesis, a design alteration proposal in terms of enhancing sound quality and reverberation time of an existing multi-purpose cultural hall situated in town of Karvina was carried out. First design draft was made using manual calculation process and processed afterwards using specialized software (Odeon Room Acoustics Program). Within the thesis’s specialization study, a design of forced ventilation combined with heat recovery and new roof support structure using wooden truss girders was made. A design proposal dealing with building structure alterations and minor changes in operational facility layout was also made. New flat roofs layer assembly and exterior walls insulation was designed. Taking all proposed changes into consideration, new fire safety design documentation was made. Final outcome is therefore overall reconstruction of the given building object in pursuit of enhancing operational facility layout, overall interior and exterior esthetics and building physics parameters of the object.
