The bachelor thesis deals with termination of employment. The thesis focuses on the invalid termination of employment by the employer and its negative consequences. Literary review describes the basics of the issue and the practical part focuses on practical examples from the case law of the Czech Republic, a proposal to improve the situation of the employer and a questionnaire about employee’s knowledge.

Tomek Š. The termination of the employment. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel Uni-versity in Brno, 2020. This bachelor thesis is focus mainly on the issue of employment, more precisely, the ways in which the employment may be terminated. The aim of this work is to closely characterize individual ways of employment termination and further describe their use on concrete examples. The thesis is divided into a literary overview and my ow research. In the literary overview you will be introduced to different types of termination of employment, both by employer and employee. In my own research I will show the use of the law in practice directly on individual examples. At the end of the work there are the legal implications and individual recommendations for both parties.

This bachelor work deals with questions of partial unemployment, which is nowadays getting more common in a lot of companies. It deals with the process of job orders decrease at the employer, solution possibilities and duties related to this. Furthermore, it contains suggestions to solving the situation of employee redundance when there is an excessive decrease of job orders at a specific employer, who experiences limited demand for the services he provides (so-called partial unemployment).
New Faces

The project New Faces is a series of portraits dealing with the theme of identity and its loss, human individuality and the phenomenon of ideal of beauty. Each of paintings depict different views on the same face, base on personal confessions of portrayed and his friends. Thus we can observe confrontation of the "subjective" and the "objective", where this supposed "objectivity" acquire the relative value in the context of other pictures. The project points to the problem of self-perception and it explores how human perception distorts the reality, especially if more factors (than just a visual image of reality) affects the person.
Technical acceptability of witness and participant testimonies at traffic accident

This master’s thesis deals with issues of road traffic accidents from the perspective tes-timonies of witnesses of road traffic accidents, especially in terms of the space and time per-ception and in terms of the content development changes during time. This issues are solved at first theoretically, gained knowledge is then used by several real accidents. For each traffic accident was selected several questions important to solve its course and in the testimonies of witnesses and participants have found the answers to these questions. In the responses were monitored technical acceptability and content development of the testimonies during time, and then were made ratings of the technical acceptability of the each answer and score rating of compliance with the previous testimony. This allowed determining for each witnesses or participant and for every traffic accident level of technical unacceptability responses and the level of testimonies content development changes during time.

It presents a proposal of an employees’ contract termination solution designed for an employer who is relocating one of their production programs to another country, as decided by their top management. The aim is to make use of all legal methods of employment termination, to minimize related costs, and to make the effort to support the employees whose employment has been terminated.

Notice of termination of employment in selected EU member states The aim of this thesis is comparison of legal regulation of the notice of termination of employment in three legal systems within the EU: Slovak, English and Swedish. The thesis deals with the notices of employers and in the conclusion it contains comparison and evaluation of the legal systems. The thesis comprises four chapters. The first chapter deals with international and european legal regulation of employment termination, in particular regulation of notice of termination. The chapter contains description of international treaties and conventions concluded mainly within International Labour Organisation as well as european legal regulations and directives dealing with this matter. The second chapter deals with the Slovak regulation. At the beginning, it starts with general description of employment termination, it continues with the general requirements on notice and notice period. In the next part, the chapter describes specific notice reasons, special duties of the employer during the termination of employment and ban on the dismissal for protected groups of employees.
